Established in November 2006, <Fatal> has earned a reputation for competitive 25-man progression raiding while still providing a friendly, mature and practically drama-free guild atmosphere that a Raider can call home, and recognizing that sometimes, IRL comes first. We like to characterize this as casual-hardcore: hardcore enough to get the job done, but casual enough to have some fun doing it! This is best reflected in our schedule of 3 hours a night and our minimum 3-raid attendance policy. As a Level 25 Guild we have all the Guild Perks that make life easier. We have active forums, g-chat and Mumble channels as well as fun Guild Events, Alt, PvP and achievement runs - we even have a tabard! And if that wasn't enough, Raiders have access to flasks and a generous repair subsidy. We use a modified DKP system - the most fair and equitable system, in our opinion - which, like all our guild rules, is the refined product of over four years of experience. Applicants must demonstrate a good and thorough knowledge of their class and be able to translate that into a certain level of performance on the field, and match it by being a team player and having a good attitude. A mature and experienced player who knows how to get the job done but cannot make unlimited commitments due to IRL would the ideal candidate. Recruiting for 25-man hard modes - hard modes are hard! So no shame asking for help!
For now we're getting by just fine without, but we still have room for a small handful of specialized classes, see the OP for more details! |
