What We Expect
We expect everyone to be prepared for raids. This means watching videos before hand if you don't know a fight, reading strats, and asking questions if you are confused about something. We expect everyone to know how to play their class. Gems, rotations, glyphs, add-ons, and enchants should be first-hand knowledge. Self-motivation, there is always room for improvement, things such as spending time on the target dummy or reading up on your class changes without being asked to are what we like to see in a player. Above all else we expect everyone to be respectful and friendly, rude players who cause drama can kill guilds faster than bosses do.
What we offer
We offer a progression-minded raiding environment. We take things seriously when its time to work on progression bosses, but can still joke around with each other once the raid night has ended. Suggestions and ideas for boss strategies are always considered. There are multiple ranks in the guild available depending on performance, attendance, and attitude. With each rank the guild bank covers for more of your repair bills and access is granted to certain tabs. Flasks are available for each raid at a much cheaper rate than the AH.
Tank (any class)
