This would apparently preclude you. The difference between the two is that PvE servers don't offer constant PvP, and instead is consensual (in that you flag up). If there is a Horde player hiding a NPC then report them for griefing.

If you're disinterested then don't flag up, and do something else tomorrow. Whinging about it on the forums just makes you look sad.
