About Us
Stability and Experience - OOB was formed (under our former name Order of Bahamut) just a couple weeks after the server was opened in October 2005. <OOB> was made in November 2006 and has been raiding on Kael'thas since level 60 Molten Core. We have survived many summers, stale content syndromes, and three expansions. Efficiency - Although we strive to reach high levels of progression, our goal is to do so on a limited raiding schedule (9 hours/week). Accordingly, we strive to be as efficient with our members' time as we can. Community - Our raiding environment is relaxed and friendly. We allow our raiders to invite their friends and family to the guild. Through the guild bank we provide flasks, food and repairs for all raids. Here is a link showing OOB's current progression: http://www.wowprogress.com/pve/us/kael-thas Our current 25 man progression is 1/8 in Dragon Soul Heroic. In tier 12 we were 6/7 Heroic 25 man. In wotlk we killed both LK and Halion heroic in 25 mans. Our raiding schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00-10:00 PM server time, which is CST. Here is a link to OOB's website: http://oobguild.net/ About You We are currently looking for: - 2 Caster DPS (Shadow Priest, Warlock, Balance druid or exceptional Mage) - 1 Melee DPS - 1 Healer - All exceptional applicants of any class. The most important things that we look for in our members are: Commitment - raiding only works if everyone is honestly committed to showing up to all raids. You have to commit to all of our three raiding days and show up at least 85% of the time. Good Attitude - you should be a friendly player with a positive attitude. You should be able to discuss raid strategies, raid composition, and/or people's performance without drama. Skill - knowing your class intimately and giving 100% every raid is a must. Performance in raids is evaluated and if you don't contribute equally then we'll recruit to replace you. Do you guys do alt raids? Whether it be 10 or 25 mans.

So far we have one raid running. It's still very recent in the expansion so alt raids can be more of a pain than people wish to go through after hours of wiping. I suspect more will occur the further into the expansion we get (second tier of raiding). |
