We Are:

Radiant Crusade was once a small group working on professions and leveling alts that wanted a home together. With the end of Wrath of the Lich King nearing, they decided that for Cataclysm, they needed a goal. Raiding was a passion for many, so they made the obvious choice to work hard toward that goal and turned their home into a raiding guild.

Radiant Crusade has diminished in size over the course of Cataclysm due to lack of interest in current content, lack of participation from members, and all around lack of motivation in continued playing during the Cataclysm expansion. We've trimmed and pruned our roster down throughout each Tier, hoping to gather more members as the expansion grows old, with little luck. With the recent revival of the Scroll of Resurrection, old friends are returning to Radiant Crusade with gearing up and raiding in mind.

We prefer the PvE aspect of the game, end-game or otherwise. We also appreciate and do often delve into the PvP aspects as well. We're looking to quickly gear up, level the guild up, and begin working on end-game content within ranks without having to look for outside help to accomplish our goals.

Radiant Crusade has currently put the goal of raiding on hold and is currently looking to just fast track the guild to level 25 for maximum perks and the increased opportunity of recruitment that comes with a capped level guild. The more people that actively participate, the quicker everyone reaches their own goals.

Currently Looking For:

We are currently in search of active, responsible, and social players that are looking for a home for the end of Cataclysm, and Mists.

We are also looking for new players that wish to experience the raiding scene, taking on the specific roles necessary to create an efficient raiding core group. We're currently only looking at the 10-man, but with enough additions to our team, we will switch to a 25-man group to let as many people experience and down content as a whole.

In Members:

-Your level does not restrict your access to Radiant Crusade, neither does your class/spec.
-We want all of our members to be of the mature sort, while also having a sense of humor. If you can't take a joke, this might not be the home for you.
-If you can't take constructive criticism on your playstyle or accept given advice, this also might not be the place for you. We want our members to work together to help each other all become better players.
-We want all of our members to be free and open to participate in any guild activities, either in-game or through the website.

In Raiders:

- Those who look at the glass as half-full.
- Easy going and relaxed, while focused.
- If placed in an important role; for any particular fight, have a working microphone and/or headset for communication purposes. Also be willing to get Mumble, since Radiant Crusade does not use Ventrilo.
- Understand the inner-workings of your class and role, as well as the boss fights for specific raid fights being attempted.

We are not going to restrict our raid members to veteran raiders, we will allow new raiders on to the scene. Our raid leaders and members are patient and willing to teach any new raiders that are willing to learn, listen, and follow instructions.

We ARE going to restrict our raid members to players that are focused and determined to fulfill the roles they are placed in to the best of their ability. Keeping your gear up to date with gems/chants and reforging correctly, for example.

Our Schedule:

Since we do not currently have enough available players raid-able, we do not have a time set for when raiding will occur. With the arrival of more guild members, as well as interest in raiding, we will begin scheduling raids.

Currently looking at a Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday schedule.

While, in some cases, drama can equate to fun.. Distracting guild drama usually causes more issues than anything else. I'd prefer to keep the bull#@@# out of gchat and left to whispers, or in conversations with the Officers as mediators.

Like it says above.. With more people comes more opportunities for everyone to get what they want.

We want <Radiant Crusade> to become guild-level 25 to maximize perk benefits for all of our members. With a capped-level guild, this also increases recruitment ease by not restricting bonuses available to people looking for a new home.

Raid leader has been through 6/7 FLs and is still currently working through strats. As we pretty much need everyone it is a little harder to get a strat down without having the classes set in stone. We have some experience in Teir 11 as well.

With the holidays, activity dimmed down to a slim few. As the holidays neared their end, more people began to log back in. But with the end of the holidays also returns studies and work schedules, so the pickings are slim.

Also, I bought TOR. So I lost a few days to that as well. I have two addictions that need to be fed now. It hurts. ;-;

Keep getting in-game requests, but the people are never online to invite. It's a tad bit frustrating, but we're dealing with it.
