Looking for an Idaho based guild?
Sawtooth Mtn Mongrels is a Boise, Idaho based guild that is always looking for new members from the Idaho area. We are a casual guild playing the game for fun. We are just getting into heroics and will raid once we have enough people geared for it. Edit: We are clearning Heroics regularly now and are getting into raiding. For now we are just raiding one night a week. Wed Night at 9:15 MTN time. To join you must be over 18 (over 21 buys the first pitcher), live in Idaho (or close to the Idaho border), have a good attitude and respect your guildies. Realm: Anvilmar Faction: Alliance Contact: Sskur, Sslag, Korpal, Gilden, Terenis, Hermun, Gudwill or really anybody in the guild. |

Most of us are in Boise but we have people in the Idaho Falls area as well.
And why wouldn't I admit to living in Idaho. Oh thats right.. I forgot you probably think we still use 14.4k modems to play WOW. That is when we have enough water in the river to turn our waterwheels to power our PC's. |

Hey whats up?!? Just wanted to say hello and to find out if you guys are still active. Right now my wife and I are looking to maybe get into a local guild to meet ppl who share our love for WoW. Right now we are currently living at Mountain Home AFB. Well if you get the chance just message back, looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes, we are very active. I'm terrible at checking the forums but you can always send me an in game message to Sskur or Sslag. You can also send a message to pretty much anybody in guild as we are almost all able to send invites.

Good to see you people from Idaho...
A little bit off topic.. but ever since I moved to Boise near BSU campus, I've had latency problems during peak hours with Qwest internet. 6 pm to Midnight the ping goes as high as 330ms and after Midnight it gets better and better until it reaches about 70 ms. I have 20Mbps downstream and a little less than 1 Mbps for upstream. Do you guys have any latency problems? What other alternative internet providers do we have around Boise? I heard Cable one is okay... |

I have always had Cableone. I tried Clearwire once.. dont' do it.. it is very much bad. I know a couple people in the guild who have quest. One has no problems.. the other has actually quit playing because he DC'd so often.
