9/13 Hard Modes
Raid Leader To Contact:
Smáshy, Haunts, Septu, Vortimosa
Other classes and specs are welcome to apply or contact an Officer online but we cannot promise anything.
What we're looking for our in recruits.
Raiding background that includes current and previous expansions. End game raiding Vanilla WoW is also highly valued.
Appropriate gear levels for content. Enchants/Gems/Item Enhancements included.
Professions that grant benefits to your class and your role. If not, are you willing to level one of the more beneficial Professions? A dps using mining as a profession gains no benefit to their role in a raid.
An attitude geared towards raiding that understands he/she may need to sit for certain fights
in the name of progression. Class X may not be as good as Class Y for Encounter Z.
Knowledge of encounters and the will to research fights prior to attempts.
Ability to learn and adjust to encounters on the fly.
Commitment to make raid times and stay vocal about nights you can or cannot make raids.
A working microphone is required. (We prefer to talk to our applicants first and you
need to be able to communicate in a raid.)
The officers understand the importance of real life responsibility, but repeated absence will beckon the question "Is a raiding guild really for you?"
The lighter side:
When we aren't raiding there are still many of us online doing this and that, light pvp or running dungeons. Got a real life friend that just wants to play casually with you sometimes? There are quite a few real life friends of raiders in the guild, we can't take them to our raids but they're more than welcome to join as a casual. We encourage people to level alts to stay sane and have fun. The guild tries to provide resources where 'possible' for professions, enchants, and consumables (Vortimosa fishes up some pretty crazy stuff).
Thanks for taking the time to read, and we hope to hear from you.
