<Haut Monde>, the Fashionable Society, is currently recruiting!

Who we are: HM is a community of heavy rpers who emphasize quality storylines, character development, and plot progression. Rather than an IC guild gathered under a particular banner of ideals, we work together as an OOC collaborative of writers. This allows us to play with many different types of characters, from every different walk of life. While we are still a small and relatively new guild, we are a very close-knit bunch who genuinely care about each other and enjoy spending time together.

Who we are not : Vampires, dragonkin, and catgirls need not apply. (Or catboys, for that matter. Nasty little buggers do their business all over the furniture and I, personally, will not put up with *that* again.) If your character is the illegitimate son of Thrall, we aren’t the guild for you. And while we understand that everyone makes a typo, forgets a comma now and then, and has trouble remembering how to spell certain words, if you type like you’re writing a text message, then you probably need to keep looking.

So what are we looking for? Fun, creative writers who are active and excited about their (well-thought-out, believable, interesting) characters.

The interview process: Since we aren’t an IC guild, “interview” is misleading. If you show up claiming someone told you to meet us, none of our characters will know what you’re talking about. All that’s really required is that you rp with us for a little bit – more like an audition than an interview. This lets us see if your particular style and pizzaz is what we’re looking for, and gives you the chance to decide if you’re really willing to put up with us, after all.

I will probably be looking into getting some horde toon(s) into this guild, Illy recommended it to me and all I have to do is contact you (when i'm actually on) and do some buisness with the guild they are currently in (like transfering leadership)
