Just gonna make a quick post.
My guild is most likely soon transferring to Alliance Nazjatar. We're coming with 9 of our current 10man core and looking to start up a new guild. We have a slot for one more player, which a versatile resto main/ele offspec shaman would fill perfectly. We are mostly looking for someone who can attend all of our raids without an issue (Tues-Thurs 9pm-12 CST) and learn quickly. We'll likely drop to two raid nights within the next few weeks. The group is extremely solid, just forming up after Cataclysm launch. We've surpassed groups that have played together for years, quickly progressing through every boss with Nefarian taking the longest of 3 nights of attempts. We are only looking for mature players, age 20+ that aren't going to start any drama or make excuses. Must be open to constructive criticism and constantly looking into improving your class/role to benefit the raid. This includes expecting gear to be enchanted/gemmed and reforged correctly. Basically just pull your weight.
Just as a note regarding our progression; we killed heroic halfus our 3rd attempt. We one shot it our second night. We haven't attempted any more heroics yet. The group is solid enough to push 3/12 currently and may reach that tonight during our last raid on Korgath.
Ventrilo/working mic is also a must.
If you are interested, please reply and I will try to catch you on Nazjatar, or send me a mail on Korgath and we can talk.
We are looking to xfer late tonight or tomorrow.
Edit: Forgot to add, but we intend on also running a solid rated BG crew. Not a requirement to be in our raid group, but definitely a bonus.
