Well, apparently he hasn't been online in anything people can reach him. I figure he'd hea..er, smell someone posting about him on the forum and come hobbling back.

He is contemplating which seat can he take.

Forum goers, it is with a heavy heart that I bring this news.

Graphite passed away either late saturday or early sunday. we're not sure of the cause, exactly, but from what little we know, it's that he died in his sleep.

I really don't know what to say. He made a lot of enemies on this server, just by leaving his name at the end of his posts, and a lot of friends as well. He annoyed people, he made people laugh, he misdirected bosses onto people, and lagged so badly it took an hour to turn in the quest item from KT on our very first Kael kill in BC as Ascension.

I...

All I can really say, even though he will never read this, is that i will miss him. A lot.

Hydraxis will never be the same with out you, buddy. I'll try to wipe as many raids as I can to make you proud. I'll never forget the fun times we had.

I'll miss you graph. Pouring an extra big glass of whiskey for you tonight, and will always look over my shoulder for the ninja misdirect.

It was terrible to hear the news this evening. Graphite will be missed. Thoughts go out to his family and friends on the server and in real life.

We may have only known him in game and online, but he was a good guy and a great friend.

We'll always have our Soggy Handkerchief and Black Embersilk Gown. And you were right, Graph, those pants did make Oboe's butt look big.

His father said it would bring great comfort to him and the family if we were to take a moment and share some "Graph stories" so here goes. I haven't played much recently or been online but can remember this.

The last thing I did with Graph, was ride around with him across Kalimdor on the passenger side of his Mechano-hog. We came across a cliff somewhere and he drove off, leaving me to fall and go splat on the ground while he slowly lowered to safety with his renowned parachute and rocket boots combo.

Many laughs were had...good times. :')

Indeed pie, one of the last things me and Graph did was get a ride on his nether rocket, which he promptly steered out of org into the ocean and dropped me off in a spot where i would die of fatigue.

The man is a legend. We love you Graphite, for as crazy and awesome as you were.

If you have something "classic graph" to share please do.

I helped Graph do a good chunk of his Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain. Including killing the big shark in the "swirling maelstrom" (see: fishing node,) and getting his BWL ingots. He'd bug me weekly to tank BWL for him, and most of the time I wouldn't want to, but I did. Since he never had a macro for switching weapons on Nef, he'd end up meleeing him for about 90% of the fight. When he finally finished the whole thing, he took me to the AQ gates expecting some sort of happening for turning it in. It was kind of disappointing when absolutely nothing happened.

He also sent me cookies a little over a week ago. They smell funny, I'm a little scared to eat them.

I told him I'd pay him a fortune cookie to fly me to the Darkmoon Faire when it was in Stormwind while I afk'd to make some business calls and do some housework. I come back and I'm dropped a billion miles away from the faire in Elwynn Forest. You'd think that would teach me, right? No.

A couple days later he dropped me into Stormwind while I was AFK.

Then he sent me a letter in the mail with a soggy handkerchief. It said to guess why it was soggy, and no it wasn't from tears.

The next day the mail delivered chocolate cookies that I later found out had the BullocksCorp secret ingredient (urine).

Last Thursday we talked about how amazing Justin Beiber is.

I can always remember Graph whispering me on how much he should sell something for on the AH, after I would give him a rough price he would always say 'thanks, your alright'. Some of the things where funny as always with him. Such a great guy.

I can remember raiding with him in Wrath and always having a laugh with his misdirect pulls to the DPS that said something stupid in raid chat then feigning as we wiped. I always had time for him and he will be missed.
