If you do not have 10.5.8 or 10.6.8, you MUST install the latest MacOS X update.
Most of our crash reports come from people with old versions of the OS. If you're crashing and doesn't use the latest free update available to you then you can only blame yourself.

Just to add a bit on what S4d1k is saying, Apple releases important updates that can affect the way our game runs. This includes crashing, graphical errors, connection, etc.

Here are ways to update your OS to the latest version.

Easy way aka Software Update

1. Apple logo=>Software Update
2. Make sure all updates are checked and hit Install.

Note: A restart is required for OS X updates

Better way aka Combo Update/Delta Update (depending on which model Mac you have)

Combo/Delta Updates are better, as this installs all files from 10.6.x to 10.6.7 for example. Sometimes software updates misses files, as the software update only gives files to get you to the next OS version. The combo/delta update replaces those files, even if they are there, to ensure they are up to date and correct. You can use the links below to combo update your OS X version.
