I have only discovered 1 tinker while leveling to 450, and have been told that I only CAN discover 1. I'd like to see an official source for this.

And if it is the case, I would hope this is being removed in 4.1 because it's absolutely retarded?

Max level is 525, at which point you will receive all tinkers. There's nothing retarded about not having everything a profession has to offer when you're not even maxed out.

It doesn't matter, can only use one in Arena anyway..Unless you're talking strictly about PvE.

Uhhh. Again, finish leveling your character and finish leveling Engineering. That's all there is to it.

All you have to do is go from 450-525, so why in the world would you relevel Engineering from 1-450? Now, that's retarded.

In case you hadn't noticed, max level is 85, not 70.

Learn to play the game before you call other people dumb.

I bet you probably quit school a few years too early also, or perhaps you chose to spend a few extra years in junior high so you could prove to everyone how awesome you were. I bet all the chicks were totally into you... the 8th grader with a driver's license and a car.

I don't understand the kind of mentality that delights in BC content, but I know it exists. However, pre BoA, making a Twink was NOT cheap.

So it didn't go the way you wanted, and you need to spend more gold. I am sorry, but Blizzard is not here to help the twinks. They never have been and thus you are unlikely to see the change you want in 4.1

No, I gathered that exactly.

The point is, you have to be missing brain cells to intentionally gimp your character at level 70.

Furthermore, you are a worthless mass of mouth-breathing flesh if you intentionally gimp your character and then whine that you don't have access to everything the game has to offer.

The only purpose twinking serves is if you are so horribad at the game and cannot possibly compete at max levels that you lock yourself at a lower level so you can eventually get super gear for a 70 and beat up on all the other 70s to make yourself feel like you are capable and worthy of playing.

The solution... learn to play and get to max level, or STFU. Nobody cares about twinks, including Blizzard.

I can't help but laugh at this thread. There are some people who do not enjoy Wrath/Cata and enjoy the nice BC content as well as facing the other people in the 70 Bracket in Alterac Valley. If you lock your character at a certain level and go to a BG you are put into a BG with others who have also locked their EXP gain, thus you are competing against the other twinks.

Maybe instead of foaming at the mouth like twinks killed your family and made you eat their remains, you could consider more than one opinion.

Locking yourself at a lower level means that you should expect to not have full access to what your profession has to offer.

Twinking is considered meta-gaming. You can do it if you like but don't expect Blizz to cater to your desires.
