Full Spectrum is the number one ranked guild on Alleria. We are a guild for hardcore players that raid on a casual schedule.
We're home to some of the best players you'll find in a guild raiding two nights per week. You'll find members with Glory of the Icecrown and Ulduar Raider, Light of Dawn, and the like (back when they were relevent). The majority of our dpsers regularly rank in the top 100 on World of Logs. Most of us have been raiding since Vanilla, and while we've all done the hardcore thing, nowadays we have significant school, work, or family commitments that prevent us from committing to extensive raiding each week. But when we do raid, we do so competently and excel. We're Alliance side on Alleria. Our members strive to be not just great players, but also great people. We have no tolerance for any douchery, drama, elitism, arrogance, over-seriousness, or anything like that. Raid Times: Group 1: Tuesday/Thursday 7:30-11 EST. Group 2: Sunday/Monday 8-11:30 EST. Because raid times are so infrequent, all groups run a tight roster with 10 members each. Attendance is near 100%, though of course real life happens. Progress: We are 7/13 heroic, including Realm First Heroic Al'Akir. Both groups have the same progression. Currently Recruiting: We are currently recruiting 1 or 2 backup raiders for either group. Backup raiders have no attendance requirement, but also do not have a guaranteed spot. As we only run with 10 people per group, this means you get in if someone can't make it. These spots are great for exceptional players that want a more flexible raid schedule where they won't be required to attend at any certain time. If a full-time spot opens and a backup member is interested in it, they'll definitely be considered. We always welcome applications from every class/spec, though some classes will be more needed in particular. We will consider every application and respond to you within 24 hours. If we like you're application, we'll ask you to join us for an in-game or vent interview. You don't need to play a lot, and we don't have any particular requirements.
