We are currently missing CONSTANT AND RELIABLE tanks and healers. We play with respect as our members are most likely adults and couples that have been playing together for about 4 years. Raid loot is distributed by the officers using loot council. We consider ALL players (From new to officers) the SAME way, no favoritism. We have 5 officers and do not think about getting more. Your problem is trying to facilitate 2 10 man groups in a very inflexible raid system. You'd progress faster and more reliably (and in turn, keep peoples interest in the game) if you just recruited 5 more and did 25's. You'll see what I mean when you hit Heroics.
