We are strongly committed to creating capable 10 man rosters that will progress nicely through Mists of Pandaria with future raiding in mind. We are looking for people that are willing to complete either of our strong, contending 10 man groups.
The perfect applicant would be someone who is also laid back, likes to have fun but also strives to be their best in the raid, doesn't neglect their toon in any way that will effect it's best performance, and know the class inside and out. We take our raids very seriously (for the most part). -Must have working Ventrilo and Mic -Must be willing to call out and communicate with us on progression fights -Must be 18+ -Must have DBM, and all other raid required add ons /stable internet conn. -Must know when to put your game face on, but also be a team player who is friendly, fun, has a sense of humor. Synergy is just as important to us as raid experience. We have all guild perks, and provide flasks/food, and provide enchants, gems as we can. Group 1 Needs: -Badass Healer -Shadow Priest or some really good dps Raid Times: Group 1: Monday-Thursday 7-11 Progression: Group 1: 16/16 regular, 11/16 Heroic Exceptional applicants are always welcome to apply even if they are not listed as a need above. Loot will be distributed via priority / courtesy to ensure everyone gearing up equally via a Loot council type system. We are also recruiting any class for standby positions as well, this is to ensure that our groups will both have flexibility as well as backup to keep us raiding successfully on scheduled days.
