They're random strangers, it's really not much of your concern. do you care about the job productivity of passing people you meet on the street? If you see some kids playing basketball, is it a concern of yours how seriously they're taking the game? I say let people do what they want, and focus instead on the progress of yourself and those you know. If someone applies for your guild for a raid spot, then and only then does their progress become your business.
