exactly how much are you in need of an elemental shaman, I have a draenei ele shaman i would be willing to gear up if i can get a spot for firelands.

I would actually like to make that shaman resto. If you guys would like that for your 7th healer for heroics

We would prefer an Elemental Shaman due to melee heaviness.
You can bet both Elemental / Restoration if you want, but preferably DPS as main. If you want to apply, gear up as much as you can before the 28th or during a week of 4.2 hitting. Hopefully, you would have a 359 average item level. From there, we would have to see your performance. |

Oh, and VP gear is turning into JP gear, so obtaining 359 gear should be simple.

Yes, we would like another Warlock, so I can actually relax in a raid for once. Still waiting on a that leveling Elemental Shaman, but spots are still open. Come on WoW players! |

Just hit 80 tonight! No sleep for days, went from 58 to 80 in 2 and 1/2 days. sigh.

Also, i heard you will have to be 12/12 to get in? This could pose a problem. I know all the fights like the back of my hand but I need a group to clear that fast so I can get in and raid with you guys. |

No, you don't have to be 12/12 to get in. It's about knowing your class well,
being a well-rounded player, having a good amount of experience, etc. Since your Elemental Shaman is one of the few we REALLY need, your chances are good. |

Oh, sorry I thought I read somewhere you had to be 12/12 and do all the quests in Hyjal to enter the raid. I am at level 82 now on my shaman! Shouldn't be but 2 or so more days until i'm 85. Already feel confident that I know my class inside and out.
