In order to fit Dragon Soul progression on the charts I had to pull guild URLs from the end (they take up a lot of space when the font is monospace). I'll be using some Reserved posts to create an alphabetized index of guilds per faction probably over this weekend.
Would it be unfair to omit guilds that have not recorded any Firelands kills? I figure anyone who hasn't is either long inactive or disbanded.
Convergence finished clearing Dragon Soul tonight on 10m.
I have no disagreements with that, Sebasi. I think it's fair to say that any active guild that hasn't recorded any Firelands kills by now is focused on things other than PvE progression and wouldn't be too concerned about not being listed here.
Not Interested update for the first week of 4.3. This will include a correction that I didn't catch when updating for the 25. We only did 25 in FL.

Guild directory posts are up. Linked below are the CSV text files where this information lives, and also the quick little script I wrote to automagically space them properly for a preformatted table. The amount of time this script saves is probably less than it took to write in the first place.
For raid size, I took the raiding size that the guild is most progressed in / most active in. The only guild I know of which is actively doing both is <Not Interested>. Post here or in-game mail me if your info is wrong. Web address updates are welcome in this topic.
I know for a fact that the progression is outdated for some guilds (e.g. Sunder) because they don't post ever, but I won't spend additional time looking over guildox to find the missing info.
A little more update for Not Interested that might help with space. We were doing both late FL content, but a lot of the members didn't like the taste of 25s. Too many holes were opening up, so we're going back to strict 10 man.
Also, the vast majority of Raiders of the Lost Orc has merged in with Not Interested. That was actually how we could field 25s in the first place. I don't know if you want to wait for them to say something or just take my word for it, but I thought I'd mention.
I think the directory is a great idea. I might suggest putting a link to it on the first post, if it can fit, for easy access. Thanks for the great work.
