You can verify this by checking your bank statement and the subscription status on your account.

Access what exactly? The Auction House? Guild Chat? Are you not able to log in at all? Do you receive any errors? Are the icons showing up or do you see red circles where buttons should be?

Please provide as many details as possible, including the date you signed up, the version of the Mobile Armory you have installed, your device's model, OS version, and carrier.
