It's just like normal reforging/gemming/enchanting. You can do it right if you care or not if you don't. It just depends how much you care to min/max.

The only change would be lava walker to haste if you take feline swiftness.

It's 15% this Tuesday, or 1537 rating.

Feline swiftness & speed enchants on boots are stacking.

If you are trying to min/max for the next few weeks, then the boot enchant will depend on your gear levels. In BiS you will be well above the 3099 haste break point without even trying, so mastery would probably be better. If you're not able to reach that breakpoint, but you're close, then haste boot enchant would be what you want. If you're not able to reach that breakpoint and adjusting a couple gems/enchants won't help, then you want to drop yourself as close to the 1589 breakpoint as you can.

I removed my relic and played around with reforging a bit. I was able to get the following stats:
hit: 1538
haste: 3121
crit: 1335
mastery: 889

The large dip in mastery really sucks, it's basically a little more than half of what I have now.

I tried to reforge to meet the 1589 berakpoint and I basically ended up having wasted stats no matter what I did. So I think in BiS or close to it, you're going to want the higher breakpoint just to not waste stats.
Are you sure you removed the relic? I can't get above 3099 without changing gems.

Hmm, you're right. I remember clicking it off, but now I can't replicate my results.

Well, with the haste enchant and 2 gem changes it can be done. Makes me wonder if it's worth it. Gonna edit that post so people don't get confused.

I'll play around with the lower break point a bit.

Feline swiftness & speed enchants on boots are stacking.

Yeah, but quite frankly, it becomes overkill at that point. Feline Swiftness becomes a direct DPS boost if you allow it to replace the boot enchant, where as nothing else does.

edit: getting much better results for 1589 now. I wonder if wowreforge just didn't register that I removed it or something.

crit: 1500
haste: 2389 (that's as low as I can get it...)
hit: 1538
mastery: 1262

Someone trying to pick up more mastery could even grab the moonkin tier chest instead of the resto one. Doing that gets

crit: 1510
haste: 1981
hit: 1595 (a bit over cap, but oh well)
mastery: 1599

Can't really do much lower than 2600 Haste.

OK, I don't know wtf is going on, but I can't seem to get the same results twice on wowreforge. Next time I'm just taking a screen cap... Playing around again.

Int > Hit Cap > Nature's Grace breakpoint (lots of Haste) > Crit > Haste > Mastery

edit: if you set haste's overcap weight to the same as its normal weight, then youget the results I got without adjusting manually.

The answers are in the posts on this page and the last one, but anyway...
hit cap is 1537
the haste breakpoint you want to go for is 1589

Int > Hit Cap > Nature's Grace breakpoint (lots of Haste) > Crit > Haste > Mastery

Why do you have non-breakpoint haste before mastery?

Wasn't Haste > Mastery, or has it since changed?

I can look into it later tonight (have to head out for a bit now) but I'm pretty sure our stat priority between non-hit secondary stats just did a 180, basically. So, with the exception of breakpoint haste, it should be crit > mastery > haste.

Whelp its going to be fun re-reforging everything on Tuesday XD just to clarify, the haste break points you are referring to is assuming you're getting the 5% from moonkin aura right? So we will need 1589 Haste in Moonkin Form?

Go for the NG breakpoint -- wherever they may be
