We are always looking for EXCEPTIONAL players of any class. :::THINGS WE EXPECT OF YOU::: • Attendance Players are required to attend a minimum of three raids per week and post in our Vacation/Night Off forum when they can not make a raid. We understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to accommodate you, as long as an officer is aware and it is posted on our forums. If you disappear often for no apparent reason, don’t expect a raiding spot if you return. • Gear pre-App All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly contribute to our current content. We are interested in players who can help us raid right now. Please do not expect to join and receive gear immediately. • Situational awareness, personality and effort We are not very forgiving of mistakes or lack of skill. We expect you to learn and own up to them. If you can’t deal with criticism, or if you make the same mistakes over and over, please re-consider your application. You will be expected to play your class to the fullest extent of what it is capable of doing. We expect you to put in 110% effort on all progression fights. If we notice you are unable to do this, we will bring in someone who is. :::THINGS YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US::: • General guild info <Sublime> is a well established end game raiding guild with a long history of Horde first accomplishments on Lightninghoof since 2006. • Loot We distribute items via a DKP System. This means that there is no Loot Council unless legendary, and rolls if it is an Off Spec (including PVP items, RP items, or toys) item when no Main Spec needs that piece for 0 DKP. Our players are nice and sometimes will pass to accommodate you if the piece of loot is a bigger upgrade or will benefit the guild and raid as a whole. The most important piece of information we want you to know, is that even if you are not in the raid and are on the Wait List, you will receive the same amount of DKP as everyone else. Some fights require raid stacking, so please be ready to sit or respec depending on the fight. If there is a piece of loot you need, make sure an officer knows and we'll try to accommodate you as best as we can. Any gear that you bid on is enchanted and gemmed for free as long as we have available mats, and we do try to keep this stocked. • Raid Slots No raid slots are ever guaranteed, but rather performance based. If you show up consistently, perform well, and come prepared...you WILL raid. • Guild Support We provide funds for repairs as well as flasks and consumables for progression content, et cetera. If we ask you to wipe, wipe it - because it'll be paid for out of guild funds. Along with the free enchants and gems for main spec gear. :::INTERESTED IN APP'ING?
