Good day guys.

This is a new issue that just started about 2 weeks ago.

It seems when I am playing the game some times i loss my cursor and get into that spanning mode.

*Spanning mode = when you hold down right mouse button and move mouse (not sure what else to call it)

This is getting really frustrated and hurting me in Arena's I have spend a few hours trying to figure out what is causing it from blowing up dummys to pressing every butting it seems very sporadic as well as i do not need to be in combat i could be walking around as well ...

please help.

I am running Wow on OSX Lion as well not sure if it is related.

Maybe I am not understanding the issue correctly.

You lose you cursor random, and then when you move your mouse, it starts to act like the right button is still clicked?

Ah thanks for the clarification of this one.

Can we see some system specs to see what we are working with?

1. Hold the "Option" Key and choose "System Information" from the Apple Menu.

2. Copy the information from the following sections:
Hardware (remove the Serial Number line)
Graphics/Displays
Software (remove the Computer Name and User Name lines)

Also, have you tried the troubleshooting basics, to see if this helps?

Repair Permissions via Disk Utility
    1. Navigate to /Applications/Utilities/ and open Disk Utility
    2. Select the hard drive the game is installed on
    3. Select the First Aid option
    4. Click on the Repair Disk Permissions button

Repair Disk via Safe Boot
To start up into Safe Mode (to Safe Boot)
    1. Be sure your Mac is shut down.
    2. Press the power button.
    3. Immediately after you hear the startup tone, hold the Shift key. The Shift key should be held as soon as possible after the startup tone, but not before the tone.
    4. Release the Shift key when you see the gray Apple icon and the progress bar (in 10.5, it looks like a spinning gear).
    5. After you get to the User Account Login screen, choose restart to bring up the the Mac in normal mode.

Reset the permissions on your World of Warcraft folder:
    1. Select the World of Warcraft folder
    2. Press Command + I
    3. In the Info box, go to the Sharing & Permissions section and click on the lock and unlock it, entering your admin password when prompted.
    4. Make sure you have Read & Write permissions
    5. Click on the Burst icon (cog wheel) and select Apply to enclosed items

Reset the temp files:
    1. Navigate to /Applications/World of Warcraft/
    2. Delete the Cache folder.
    3. Move Interface and WTF to the Desktop.
    4. Launch WoW.

Just found out what my problem was.. may be OP's as well. Check your key bindings and make sure that w isn't bound to "move and steer" and is bound to "move forward". I reset my kind bindings to default, and they may have caused the issue.
