• 1 Insane DPS Hunter

Our requirements:
• Know your class- this may include studying each fight and knowing what glyphs to use, specs, if reforging is necessary, cooldown usage, etc. Do your own research on your own class.
• Be competitive but not elitist. Compete for DPS/HPS, look at WOL logs, find out how you can improve personally and to help the guild. If you are way behind others of your class/ilvl and aren’t making improvements you will be replaced.
• Be a mature player. This means showing up on time for every raid. Have a positive attitude!! We are a HM guild, we will bang our heads on the wall, I don’t need huffs and puffs like someone stole your Twinkie.
• Accept criticism. This goes along with being a mature player, but if a healer offers a DPS a suggestion- listen to him and discuss/have a mature conversation. Many of us play multiple toons and have been raiding a long time!!! Make your point and move on.
•Working Microphone. I thought this was a given but I've had a lot of people without mics want to join. I don't like trying to figure out what the hell you are typing. Have a mic.

We're a bunch of clowns but when it comes to raiding we want to kill bosses and progress. Being late, unprepared, and having a bad attitude about raiding in general will get you replaced quickly. Player skill>ilvl all day. Gear comes quick. We want commitment and dedicated players to join our team!!

About me

Hi, im 24 year old i live in Cali, Colombia and im an industrial engineer, as an engineer i work improving processes and one of them is how I play Wow I enjoy reading about my class and knowing what’s going on in terms of changes in talents, spells and mechanics. I started playing MMO's pretty much with Wow 1 month before the launch of TBC. About me mmmm im a pretty competitive person, i like to keep updated in pretty much everything i do (in/out of the game) im a pretty chilled person, I enjoy criticism because it allows me to know different points of view and evaluate which one is the best, I really like to raid and I would like to find a home for 4.3 with competent people to be able to face DS and H DS.

Raiding

I have always been changing from class to class in order to adjust the needs of a guild and be able to raid, which is what I enjoy the most from the game.

In The Burning Crusade I raided with my priest (Jeskha hand of a'dal, crushridge) cleared up to Muru in SWP.
Wrath of the lich king: I started raiding with my druid (Velasha, Gorgonnash) and cleared naxxramas, ulduar and ToC, then I switched to my hunter (Analizate, Gorgonnash) for ICC and finally ended raiding with my mage (Lunnita, Gorgonnash) since guild needed a mage, with my mage I cleared HM ICC (11/12) didn’t kill HM LK because guild pretty much stopped raiding.
Cataclysm: I decided it was time to switch characters to be able to enjoy the melee pleasures of chasing bosses and kiting adds :S with my deathknight (Hular, actually on mal´ganis) , guild splitted into two 10 man groups, my group cleared BoT (4/4) and BWD (5/6), after 1 month almost 2 after 4.2 was live we started raiding again and managed to get 7/7 normal and started working on some HM´s but people wasn’t dedicated enough so things stared to fall apart and that’s when I decided to transfer to search for a new home.

Why am looking for a new guild

The reason I left my previous guild (I heart Dudes) was because attendance issues were tearing my raid group apart, we were ready to start HM´s and then our OT left/quit so our hunter switched to he’s warrior, we gear him up and were ready to start HM´s again and a healer left, so we repeated the cycle but by that time people didn’t want to waste time and effort into HM´s since 4.3 was going out in 2 months or so, so that’s when I realized they maybe wasn’t interested in doing dragon soul right away and even worst that they wasn’t going to make the effort to clear DS HM´s maybe because “whast the point if another xpack is coming” so I started looking for a new home for 4.3 for me and my GF (a holy paladin) and we found it here on mal´ganis, we joined Dynamic and pretty much that week !@#$ hit the fan and RL and GM decided people were so stupid he was done raiding and carrying people, I mean we didn’t even get tested :S, so here im looking for a guild that wants a 100% reliable and dedicated player.

I know my gear is not quite there but maybe i can join one of your alt runs to catch up on that aspect and be ready for 4.3, besides that you´ll have a really %^-*ing good player.

Messhugah- unfortunately as mentioned in my post we are currently full on R.Shamans's at this time even though I would love to have you join. I'm sure you want a core spot but our R. Shaman is full time/very good.

Hular- I appreciate the time you put into your response. I can surely throw you an invite to the guild, but I can't currently guarantee you a full time spot in the core 10 man based on your current ilvl/experience. Your suggestion of running in our alt run is good and will give us an idea of your skill. Shoot me an in-game mail, or just msg one of our members online and an officer will get you in.

How is your roster on rogues? I've been looking for a new guild and if I transfer to Mal'Ganis a friend of mine is going to pay for it.

I'm 384 item level, 6/7 heroic on farm, experience with some on H rag as well.

I play with only my cooldowns visible on my actionbars, everything else is bound.
