Four Lights is recruiting for 4.3 and Firelands Heroics!! With four years of experience 25 Man raiding it's not a stretch to say we're still one of the best Alliance guilds on the server. We are currently sitting at 1/7 in Heroic 25 Firelands, and are looking to expand our roster. Check out our website at http://www.fourlightsguild.com/ Tl;dr Version Four Lights is looking to pick up a DPS or Healers. We raid Monday - Thursday, 8pm - 11pm (Central Time) with a 75% attendance requirement. History Four Lights has been raiding on Malfurion since Burning Crusade, starting out in Gruul's Lair and working its way up to Black Temple, even getting a foot into Sunwell before the expansion came to a close. With Wrath we stayed on the edge of the content, ending with all but three of the heroics modes of ICC under our belt. We cleared all of 25N Tier 11, before it got nerfed in 4.2! We were 5/7 before the Firelands nerf hit, though we had a 0% wipe on Domo the day before, so we feel like we were right on the precipice of that kill. About Us We're a serious raiding guild of mature players, with a fun but not juvenile attitude towards the game. We raid four nights a week, Monday - Thursday, 8pm to 11pm server (central) time. We use an EPGP system with a 10% weekly decay for our loot distribution, and a randomized role based signup for raids. We expect our raids to be able to make 75% of the raids, or 3 out of 4 raids a week. We're an adults-only guild, to prevent parental interference and maturity issues. No applicants under the age of 18, please. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. Anyone who is serious about raiding is welcome to raid with us. Openings Healing: We're currently open to any of the healing classes. Just need a couple of healers to round out the roster. We're mainly looking for non-plate, but a good Paladin will always be considered. Melee DPS: Still have a Rogue slot open. Other Melee DPS would be considered. Ranged DPS: No Shadow priests, but we could take a good ranged DPS or two from any other class. All applications will be looked at, and an excellent candidate of any class will always be strongly considered! Requirements Wrath or Cataclysm raiding experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone who is preferably mostly geared up in heroic or raid gear. No greens or blues, and would prefer that you have at least some gear from this tier. Applicants have to understand their class, and should demonstrate that by being gemmed, enchanted, and reforged in a logical and consistent manner. They have to have their professions raid buffs. Recruits Upon inviting a new recruit, we have a two-week evaluation period where we both get a feel for each other. The recruit checks out the guild, and the guild checks out the recruit; all with the goal of seeing if it's a good fit for both parties. During this time our class leaders are available to help people polish off any rough spots or try to improve their performance. We expect people to do their own research, but we're available to help answer questions and help people find resources.
