Both, but with a pretty marginal drop in PvP activity for the past few months since picking up tanking
If PvE, what type of PvE?
If PvP, what type of PvP
Arenas mostly, but bg's and rbg's as well
What are your biggest quality-of-life issues?
Materials for tables, fire being too inconsistent, and arcane being so centered around standing still.
What makes playing your class more fun?
The entire playstyle of fire. So interactive and engaging.
What makes playing your class less fun
Fire being too inconsistent to rely on for DPS purposes. If I have a crit drought I'm pretty much useless. Fire DoTs being relatively weak, leading to some less-than-stellar combustion. Mastery is a pretty worthless stat as well.
How do you feel about your "rotation"?
Frost is pretty good, though some of the talents in the frost tree are worthless.
Fire I absolutely love, but I just wish there was some more sustainable DPS as opposed to getting lucky on Hot Streak procs and hoping for a good Combustion.
Arcane is alright. I enjoy the cooldown management of Evocation, Mana Gem, etc. I don't like the whole stationary aspect of it. I'd like there to be a way to cast Arcane Missles while moving in heavy movement fights just to help round out DPS a bit. Then again, I understand the thought behind standing still to channel powerful arcane magic, so it's one of those "it's great but can aggravate you sometimes" situations.
What's on your wish list for your class
Stronger DoT damage for Living Bomb, Pyroblast!, and an Ignite tooltip for its debuff. Also, removing the restriction of 3 targets for Living Bomb, but instead reducing the damage for each target jumped to by a certain percentage - sort of like the splash effect for Howling Blast. Stronger Mirror Images would be nice as well. As it stands, they don't offer much in terms of damage help for their CD duration and short uptime.
What spells do you use the least
Blizzard, Arcane Explosion.
