So I've made a lot of changes in the past week to my UI. I was describing some of the new addons to guildmates but decided the best thing to do is just share screenshots.
This is my cooldown manager, coolline and shows Thorns coming off of cooldown. It can be moved anywhere and the look of it customized but I like it to flash a retard warning in the middle of my screen to use a spell.
I got Innervate2 to help manage throwing it around at the best times. I can just type in a name for who I want to be the target and set the threshold for at what % mana I want a warning. This means I can use my Innervate early and have it available again later but never waste it. This is a border screenflash warning. (It also spams chat every 10 seconds if the cd is available and needed.)
By far the favorite of my new addons is OPie. This allows me to assign spells to a pie, assign the pie to a hotkey and it will cast based on mouse position with hotkey release. You can also make it cast on click.
These are the two pies I have for combat. I've also made some for a bunch of other stuff I just don't want cluttering up my screen but want available at the press of a button like shapeshifting and some basic heals.
Let's see yours then Iron!
I use several addons:
Bagnon for all-in-one bags
Buttonforge for extra buttons (very easy to use)
Gryphons remover gets rid of the gryphons!
Sexymap for the minimap
Recount and DBM
and finally Sunn - Viewport Art is really nice. It changes the space that the game is rendered in, so that if you want, your addons don't need to take up a ton of room. I don't use Sunn when I play on a laptop because the screen is so small already, but on my desktop it works very nicely.

Idle with bags open:
Blizzard's default UI has come a long way since vanilla. It's nice to have ditched unit frame and raid frame addons.
I think your UI is pretty nice, especially the skill bar layout.
Top 1/4 seems a bit too cluttered for my taste, and I still don't know what purpose Titan Bar serves. Maybe you should try Shadowed Unit Frames instead of XPerl. It's much neater and easier to configure.
I would just die without bagnon Rev. Beefy uses some retarded mod that organizes his bags for him. I tried it for about 3 seconds, when I couldn't find my stuff I was freaked out. I like knowing exactly where everything is.
I won't deny my clutter at the top, I guess it's still a work in progress there. Titan Bar is useful for one thing really, displaying information at a glance for people too lazy to do something like open whatever would otherwise display it. I won't deny it, I'm lazy like that.
I'll check out Shadowed Unit Frames. I haven't been happy with x-perl for a long time but haven't found anything that I like better. Some of the things I've tried I swear require some sort of rocket surgery degree. I like simple, and x-perl is that if nothing else.
tinypic why u no upload in 1900x1080?!
Satrina's Buff Frames
Shadowed Unit Frames
and some other !@#$ you can't see
Looks about right to me.
I run omen, dbm, and skada for raiding. That's all i need.
