Hi, i have tried firefox, explorer and google chrome. It happens every time i try to buy more game time.

i am also having the same error, but when trying to purchase a pet rather than game time. I've also tried all the browsers too.

Unable to access any of my client details from Battle.net either. Always comes up with "An error has occured."

I am having the same problem. whenever I go to checkout the page just refreshes, and it happens with chrome, firefox, ie, and with pets and mounts. Also I agree with zefur a reply would be nice; atleast saying you are looking into the issue and not just ignoring us.

Hi there. I see you said you fixed the bug on the 11th. Well, I am having the same issue as all of these people and it is the 23rd now. I clicked the link you provided, Fynkdt, and it still just refreshes the page. I just want a cute little moonkin pet. D': That is all my little heart desires!

I'm having the same problem, I'm trying to buy the Celestial Steed but the checkout button does nothing but refresh the page. :(

I am also having this issue and seeing that ppl have been struggling with this for over a month now show very little concern and effort of Blizzards part to resolve it. I tell you this though, if the issue was with billing and Blizzard wasent able to bill ppl for game time, it would be fixed so fast your toons heads would spin!!.

um yeah when i hit checkout it sends me to this page :http://us.blizzard.com/store/index.xml
watsup with that and each time it says my cart is now empty, i just hope it doesnt try to run 20 winged guardians through it at the same time =S |
