Topic My Epic Huntard Story - Part 3
Sorry guys, part 3 got removed and I got banned, but here it is again.
Yes my fellow Echo Islesers, I am gone, but I am going to continue the #1 rated series OF ALL TIME. OF. ALL. TIME.
This story is MUCH longer than the passed two, forgive me there was a whole lot of information to put in!
Quickly Cerakua pulled out her bow and aimed at the figure.
“What do you want?!”
“I do not mean any harm, very rarely does one stop outside of my home…”
The man who called himself Kwarou made a walkway of light appear starting from a cave behind him, then proceeding to himself, then finishing at Cerakua. Cerakua, out of surprise, fired an arrow at Kwarou. The arrow seemed to just stay midair between Kwarou and Cerakua for about five seconds, then fall to the ground. He was about to laugh, and then noticed Vahlkano laying on the ground, with Naturesbf kneeling over him.
“What happened? Is somebody injured? Quickly, follow me, carry him inside.”
Cerakua and Naturesbf attempted to lift him, however they couldn’t, Vahlkano’s weight was too much.
“Help, we need you to help pick him up, he is too heavy!” Naturesbf said.
Kwarou looked back, and decided he would barely help, and had Vahlkano’s body rise into the air and flew down the path, landing on a bed within the cave. Wearily, Cerakua and Naturesbf went with. Inside, they saw an undead sitting down in a chair to the right, which was a little awkward since paladins are against the undeads. Seeing Naturesbf and Cerakua staring at the undead, Kwarou quickly explained why he was here.
“I am cleansing him, he is a death knight and an undead, but he wishes to be free from the plague and death’s grasp, I am doing all I can. He does not talk much, he prefers to be silent… His name is Plies.”
Kwarou spent about eight hours healing Vahlkano, while Naturesbf and Cerakua slept on the ground. Plies, not having to ever sleep, stood guard at the entrance of the cave.
Vahlgrimmar was now the Hazmatian Empire, and was run with quite selfishness and cruelty. All previous residents, thousands of them, were to live in the desert on the ground, and spend their time mining. They were given bread to eat, and dirty water from the barrens to drink. People who joined the cult were able to stay in the city, but only in the crowded Goblin Slums.
Citizens grew to hate King Hazmat, however many joined the cult so they had food and shelter. Many people seemed to think about Vahlkano, and hoping he would rescue them, even though they used to not like him.
Now what about Midvale and Fajosu? Remember they left Vahlgrimmar after Fajosu got 360 no-scoped? After they left, Midvale searched for days and days for a healer around Durotar, but in the mad rush of people being forced out and living out there and in the Barrens, they were out of luck. Midvale went to his home in Razor Hill, still holding Fajosu, but it was too late. Fajosu, a mighty warrior, was dead. Midvale nearly cried at the loss, and thought terribly of himself for not saving him. In their home he was getting his engineering supplies to make Fajosu a coffin, but he noticed something. He had “Goblin Jumper Cables” that would possibly restart Fajosu’s heart and save him for a while longer. Midvale had no experience with these cables, however he was going to try ‘til his last ounce of strength to get him up and breathing again.
On Midvale’s first try, he failed horribly and even zapped himself with the cables. It made him frustrated, but he tried again, and again, about thirty times. He grew angry and hopeless, but continued on. On his fourty-something try (he stopped counting at 40) Fajosu’s eyes opened, and he began breathing. But his living was temporary, they still needed a healer. They heard a knock on the door.
A tauren dressed in a robe had heard cries of anguish and through the windows saw the room filling up with lightning. Curious, he asked what was going on. After Midvale explained, the tauren said he was a druid named Ubuntu, and was a healer. He would help the orc. Being a skilled healer, it took him merely three hours to heal up the wound without making much of an effort.
Midvale was ecstatic, he praised Ubuntu and said if the tauren ever needed help, just ask. Ubuntu nodded and told Midvale he would always help someone in need. Midvale and Fajosu, however a mailman came, however not a normal one. It was a prisoner, and he had Blare holding his crosshairs over the prisoner’s head from the top of Orgrimmar’s wall, incase he tried to escape. The prisoner said the mail was for “Meedvahl” and” Fajohsu”, but they understood him. Nodding, the prisoner left, shaking at the thought of possibly losing his head. Midvale and Fajosu opened the letter.
“How dare you leave during a battle, one that we could have had Vahlkano’s head! YOU HAVE DISGRACED ME, AND YOU SHALL NEVER RETURN. If you do ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, other than sit in your house, we will take your head, and use it as a trophy. Injured or not, you should know better than to leave your king. Consider yourself out of the Horde, out of the Hazmatian Cult, and out of your freedom. Have a good day, you stupid traitors.”
Midvale and Fajosu were stunned at this letter, and they didn’t say anything for a good hour. Their thoughts ranged from “How dare he, I will have his head...” to “I must re-earn his trust” to “I should just kill myself…” Fajosu broke the silence saying they should kill Vahlkano themselves, and bring his body to Hazmat, and that they would become high in the ranks, and trusted again. Midvale said nothing, but nodded in approval. He went outside for a smoke.
About that same time, Amiracle, a goblin shaman, was in Booty Bay, now the leader of it, and realizing the destruction that will happen with Hazmat as king. He started hosting private meetings for a “Code 4” operation. Everybody that has been involved in crime on Azeroth knows that that means taking over the government. He didn’t only take people from the Booty Bay Goblins, everybody came from the Bloodsail Buccaneers to the high elves of Quel’thalas, at least those that were criminals. They assigned people to go to Durotar and Barrens and round up as many peasants and civilians as they could that were looking to overthrow Hazmat.
Over at the Hazmatian Empire, Hazmat assigned Exia and Haphazard as the scouts for Hazmatia, what he called the new Azeroth. Kilroaru was the lead guard, and Blare was lookout. The rest of the cult was either on call in the slums or searching for Vahlkano in Northrend.
The Empire was receiving plenty of ore, however there was a drastic decrease from the second week they were running Azeroth, to the third week. Angry and curious, Hazmat sent his two scouts to go patrol Durotar and the Barrens, and to make sure everyone was spending their time working.
Exia and Haphazard were noticing random abandoned makeshift huts and supplies scattered everywhere. Their first thoughts were that they ran off and died somewhere, but they began to think harder. Eventually they reached a cave, where there were tons of supplies just left on the ground. To investigate, they started to walk in slowly and were dismounting their wolves when two hidden miners tackled Exia off his wolf onto the ground, and began hitting Exia with their mining picks. Haphazard quickly jumped off his wolf and shot two arrows at the same time, one into the neck of each miner.
Exia was grateful for his friend saving his life, and went to shake hands with him, but heard footsteps. Looking around, he saw a bunch of miners charging them. Before either of them had time to react, they were surrounded by fourteen of them, and were told to drop their weapons or lose their limbs by their apparent leader, a blood elf who called herself Yasamina. They were all holding a pickaxe and a throwing knife, and were in a rage.
Haphazard disobeyed the order, and shot an arrow at Yasamina, however Yasamina brought out her shield, ricocheting it to the side, however it still went into the chest of a nearby troll, who died almost instantly. All throwing knives were instantly thrown and Haphazard was hit by eight of them, causing him to stop breathing and fall over, with no chance of survival. Exia unleashed a fan of knives all around her, hitting six of them and killing three. With the gap he made, he dashed as fast as he could out, however was struck by two pickaxes on the way out, and had a throwing knife stuck in his back.
Exia hid behind a tree nearby, and pulled the knife out. He was bleeding out fast, but all he could think about was Haphazard saving his life not two minutes ago, then dying right before his eyes before Exia could help him. He sobbed for his friend, not caring that he could die any minute, he wanted forgiveness from the space hunter, and to be with him again. He felt that he was the reason for Haphazard’s death, for bringing them to that cave and not protecting well enough. The guilt was almost unbearable.
Yasamina considered the kill a success even though they lost about half of their group. They went to go find Amiracle, their leader.
Midvale and Fajosu thought about ways to find Vahlkano, and could not think of one for many days. Midvale then thought of a brilliant idea, his engineering comrades. They immediately went to Ratchet and acted as officers of the Cult, even though it was a lie. He said he had orders to get all able-bodied men and set them off to sea to Northrend immediately. He and Fajosu would both be captains, and were to take orders directly from them.
Almost instantaneously they were getting hundreds of people wanting to go, to get out of their labor and go find Vahlkano in hopes of possibly living a better life afterwards. Two boats were made for them, Fajosu would lead one while Midvale led the other. They felt Vahlkano’s blood dripping from their hands already. Their total count of crew members was two hundred on the dot, one hundred per boat.
Amiracle was going to get a ride from Ratchet back to Booty Bay, but he was told they had no time they had orders from the King. Amiracle decided to get teleportation from Gadgetzan, and got a teleporter brought to the Crossroads, where about two hundred and fifty people went through the portal to complete “Code 4”. Amiracle got the best boat of the Bloodsail Buccaneers and the best boat of the Booty Bay Goblins to ride in, his co-captain would be Yasamina, who would lead the one hundred seventy-five miners they had gotten on board the Bloodsail Boat.
Amiracle unveiled the plan. They were to find Vahlkano before anybody else could, and team with him in their assault, as without the two greatest hunters in the world, they had no chance against Hazmat’s army. They set sail almost immediately; merely four hours after a different crew had decided to go to Northrend.
Ratchet was packed as they boarded the ships and waved goodbye to Kalimdor for a while, almost grateful to be off that continent. They could see themselves cutting Vahlkano into a million pieces and shipping it to the Hazmatian Empire. It was a wonderful sight, and then becoming officers in the cult.
However, neither city knew about the other’s voyage, as they were both top secret. The race was on to find Vahlkano, and Ratchet is a hell of a lot closer to Northrend than Booty Bay is, but Booty Bay’s ships were some of the best in Azeroth, and they had a larger crew.
Who will succeed? Who will fail? Find out in the next story!
Thanks for reading, I know this one was probably not as good as part 2 was comedy-wise, but it sets up GREAT for the next few stories.
