Raiders of Kilrogg:
Recently formed, Pyrrhic Victory is a level 6 Guild, openly recruiting for 10-member raids. A willingness to learn best methods and implement these methods is fundamental to our collective success. At this time, we are seeking two (2) Healers and two (2) DPS, to join our efforts towards 10-member hard-mode content. On-going recruitment activities for both exceptional and newly capped players will continue for raid sustainability and expansion. The raiding schedule is set for Tuesdays, Sundays, and Mondays, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM server time [8:00 – 11:00 PM Eastern]. Distribution of acquisitions (aka, ‘loot’) in raids will be determined by a council of active raiders with the knowledge and experience to effectively assist in the development of the raid team. With an experienced loot council in place, each raider has the opportunity to grow to their maximum potential, thus increasing the overall return on investment for the entire raid. Basic Requirements: • Ventrilo, with both speakers and a microphone, for effective communication during raids. • A minimum item level of 352, with the proper gems, enchants, and reforging of your raiding gear. Note: your raiding character will be checked on Armory, so please logout in the proper raiding gear. • Demonstrate a consistent attendance record. By applying, you do so with the understanding that you are an essential member of a team, committed to achieving the raid sessions available that week. Resources Available: • Consumables will be provided for each raid. • Optimizing enchants and gems will also be provided, as needed.
