Bagel is now recruiting 1 Non Druid healer and 1 Ranged dps (boomkin or hunter preferred) for our 10 man runs. This is a full time raiding position and as such we expect you to be appropriately geared and ready to hop into 6/7 heroic farm.

We will be progressing on Heroic Ragnaros once our roster has smoothed out and hope to push further into progression once dragon soul is released.

As a DPS we expect you to be competitive with our current DPS roster. We understand there are certain limitations based upon gear but anything less than 25k single target in a patchwork setting would be close to unacceptable. If you plan on applying as a DPS make sure you are confident in your damage and your ability to perform in a raiding environment. I personally examine logs and will look to make sure you are maxing your damage potential as well as minimizing your healing needed.

As a healer we expect you to heal things and not run oom... That's about it...

Something I did not mention in my original post. While geared toons are always favored, a current alt, who would become your main, or a main, who is not in a very progressed guild, should not be discouraged from applying. Gear is something easily came by especially from farm bosses. What is more important is your dedication and skills. One of the biggest flags I look for is proper itemization, enchanting, reforging, and gemming. These all, to me, require minimal effort and show the care that you have for your character.

If you have World of logs for recent raids (Firelands or old content) please include them with your application. Please note that I won't just be looking at damage or raw healing but also damage taken debuff/buff uptimes as well as CD usage so sitting in fire and tunneling hard so you can get 2k more dps on a fight will hinder your application rather than help it.
