Righteous Dawn, Zissou, Valiant, Brethren, Departed Soulz, Social Butterflies, Vengeance of Azeroth, Brütality, Ordo Solaris, ug. These are the Alliance guilds that ruled vanilla.
And we cant forget about STAMPERS for stamping up the server. :P

Definitely Ravens of Stormwind (as my guild collaborated with them on the days of farming thorium brotherhood rep for that damn fire resist gear for MC runs). Righteous Dawn, Social Butterflies, Vengeance of Azeroth, & Bretheren. Green Mountain Militia has been around since day 1 as well and did their fair share to the alliance.

Days of waiting to log on and the instability of the servers....complain all you want, those are a gamers memory to remember and laugh about.

Righteous Dawn was #1 for alliance for a very long time. Unfortunately in early Cata they took their core group and all transferred off. RIP Righteous Dawn

Transferred.....To SnM, you can thank me for that

I know Infiniti and HSR are also old-time guilds.

Alliance side <Green Mountain Militia> is pretty bloody old.

I'll second <Swords and Magic> and <Vengance of Azeroth> if only for some of the drama kicked up by em.

Maybe ye olde <Hellscream Raiders>

The Drama was the best part of this whole thing.

Well I'm glad someone mentioned Social butterflies, and Swords and magic as I was a part of both during Burning Crusade on my druuuud Shiho. I remember most of the guilds mentioned too damn I wasted a lot of time on WoW. o_o

Most fun I've ever had in this game was in <Anti Sobriety>.

Most fun guild was Anti Sobriety. When Duffy and his brothers Doomgrim and Heybigdaddy(HBD) would drag my terrible !@# through raids.

Aequitas was fun when Cakesnsyrup ran it and when Crippin (the blackest snow bunny I have ever met)would harass chellios in vent. twas the lols
