It looks like the remote auction house (the web version) might be having issues with the new PvP gear similar to what happened with the guardian cub.
I crafted a bunch of the new PvP (str plate) gear - and it's in a mix of my inventory and bank slots (on this toon). On iOS - I can see the items in my inventory and then can post auctions. However once I post the auctions they disappear out of my inventory, but they are not listed in my active auctions (auctions for pyrium shield spikes/volatiles worked fine however). Searching for the items returns no results either. Going to the website version - I can't see the items in my inventory/bank, nor the active auctions. |

Just an update - I can now see the items in my inventory on the web version - but still can't see my listed auctions (assuming they are there... I can't test if they are there in-game at the moment).

Having the same problem and I hope that those auctions still exist but I cannot login to verify. Searching for the item name on the Armory app (iPhone) does not return any results either.

I am having the same problem with regard to the new epic gems - posted one last night but can't see it through the mobile armory app. I'm sure it is there but the app will not show it.

This is at least better than the alternative (I thought all of my items were gone). Guess I will have to log on to re-post those items until they fix the app.

I am still experiencing this issue. Multiple new items are not visible on any remote device (iPhone and multiple desktops Mac+PC). Items are not doing the 0 durability or soulbound errors. They are invisible on the remote sites. I can post in game, but I can't even see the status of the post. This has not been addressed on all servers or for all customers yet.

I bought Waistplate of Desecrated Future from Mobile AH now it appears not to be in my mail or bagspace but all the gold to aquire the item is missing. :(

I replied to your original post with the reason this is happening. I checked the item listed above and it is indeed a durability issue. For some reason (a recent server bug) the WoW game client is not sending the proper durability to the web/mobile client. The item is 55/55 durability in WoW, but web and mobile displays it as 60/60. This in turn causes display issues in the mobile/web Auction House, since we limit the item display to only those items eligible for sale. (If an item is missing durability it cannot be sold.) If you go in-game you will see the item waiting for you in the mail. Our server engineers are working to fix this bug ASAP. |

I've got a similar problem after purchasing 5 x [Gauntlets of the Twilight Hour] for resale. I won the bids- my gold has been deducted- but nothing arrived on my remote AH won auctions tab. I'm away from a usable computer for some time yet, and after an initial ticket to customer service have been told that the purchases can't be verified. Not Happy...

I am also having the issue with other epic quality items. I purchased them on the mobile AH and the money has come out but the item has not been delivered. I'm not 100% sure on one item because it was a cloak I was going to resell. The other items were the forked bracers. I'm sorry I can't give more details but I can't see the items to tell you what they were. I'll update this post later this evening when I can get into the client. |
