Hello Mac Community,

I wanted to create a master thread list so we can have a list of patch information and known issues all in one thread for reference for Patch 4.3.2

I'll break this up into 4 different sections:

a. Technical Information

e. Cross Platform Known Issues

a. Technical Information

4.3.2 File Optimization

When you first start the patching process, you will notice there will be a tools update, followed by a "optimization" process.

b. Patching Help

"Failed to apply patch. Please try again later." Error

This tends to happen when you bypass your launcher. You can read more at the link below.

Failed to download information about the next patch. Check internet connection.

This tends to happen on restrictive networks like college, schools, public, military and work places.

You may need to ask your network admins to allow traffic over ports 1119, 1120, 3724, 6881-6999, 6112, 6113, 6114, and 4000 for both TCP and UDP

Stuck on "Downloading Updated Tools"

d. Mac Specific Known Issues

[Mac] The "=" and Num Pad "=" keys cannot be bound separately.

This is a know issue, and we're working on getting this addressed. This requires a client side fix.

[Mac] German special characters are not able to be bound.

Attempting to bind German special characters to keybinds does not work. Special characters are able to be typed in chat, but not bound to keybinds.

[Mac] When enabling "Use Command instead of Control for Keybindings" under Mac Options, you are unable to preview items in the dressing room.
