<Ehrenguard> http://www.ehrenguard.com is a level 25 Alliance raiding guild on Hellscream (PVE-Central Time Zone). We are currently recruiting a few more skilled and dedicated players to complement our 25 man raid roster. Our focus is on progression-oriented raiding on a relaxed schedule in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Raid Hours: Tuesday-Wednesday 9:00-12:00 CST (10:00pm-1:00am EST)

<Ehrenguard> is a guild with a unique raiding paradigm formed under a simple statement: "Progression raiding doesn't have to be a full-time job." We are an extremely mature and stable guild, founded in November 2004 and going strong ever since. Our relaxed schedule is a perfect match for a variety of players. Many of our members have families, full-time jobs, and even run their own businesses.

As a guild our focus is to keep raids efficient and enjoyable. We only raid six hours per week, so making effective use of our raid time is always of the utmost priority. We strive to accomplish a lot during the relatively short amount of time we raid. Consequently, thorough preparation and consistent performance is essential. Despite this emphasis on efficiency the general attitude during raids is very relaxed and casual. We have fun, joke around, and don't take ourselves too seriously. Raiders are expected to always maintain their focus while having a good time.

A raider's personality and attitude is just as important as their ability to perform and, frankly, a lot more important than their gearscore. We enjoy raiding with one another and play the game to have a fun time while progressing through content. We are not interested in people who cannot stomach a few wipes, get upset over loot, or are quick to complain or argue. We value quality of player over keeping an abundance of standbys, and our smaller raid roster promotes a very close knit atmosphere in guild with little tolerance for drama.

We expect all raiders to keep up to date with their class, gear/gem/spec/professions in an optimal and coherent manner, and come prepared to raids with consumables and proper knowledge of boss encounters.
