Need a bit of help every single cut scene that is within the Dragon Soul raid has crashed my computer. With that being said the "Spine of Deathwing" has a cut scene that is started while the boss is engaged I'm sure you can see the problem. By the time I get back after the crash the whole raid is dead? Whats the problem Blizz?

I have exactly the same problem and was just sat for Spine of Deathwing because I insta crash right when the fight starts. I log back in and I'm in Orgrimmar.
I also crashed during the Thrall hadouken Deathwing cinematic after Ultraxion. This is only happening during the cinematics in Dragon Soul and may happen in the 5mans if their happens to be any cinematics in them as well. A fix would be very much appreciated. |

@Bwon exactly the same spots for me. No lag or any other issues just that.

Everything is running great besides the critical error at every single cut scene.

Artificial progression stopper, I'm sure. Same problems here. All healers crashing at Parachute scene.

Our fix. WoW Folder / Data / enUs / Interface / Cinematics... Move the Cinematics folder to your desktop, make sure it's not in the Interface folder when you're in game.
You'll get an in-game error "cinematic cannot be found" and you'll port ot Deathwing's Back. |

Yeah, that really sucks. Going strong, knock out 6/8, and I'm the guy that holds the whole guild back because of this bug. Awesome. Unfortunately, that fix didn't even help.

Same problem here, I was the only person in our ten man raid with this problem, but at both cutscenes in the Dragon Soul raid WoW would close due to a critical error. I tried to see if it was an addon, but it wasn't because I would have same problem even after I disable all of my addons. This really put a damper on the raid since I am a healer =( I hope they have a solution or address the issue soon, so our guild can attempt this again with heals
and also makes me sad because the cutscenes are pretty cool, too bad they disconect me! |

OK maybe this is an uncommon issue I haven't seen anything about it in bug report forum(on 1st page anyway), but it's really hampering my raid and my enjoyment...
Good thing I'm the off tank and I can log back in after the first roll and hopefully not fall/drop to my death, still this is super duper annoying. Any blue post on what is going on and a possible fix please? |
