Hey there, I've been subscribed to the remote chat for a few months now. Just this morning when I tried to log in to remote chat, I was instead sent to the screen telling me about all the feature for subscribing and giving me the Upgrade Now button. Same for the Auction House part of the app. So I figured for whatever reason the payment didn't go through and I pressed Upgrade Now to do it.
However the account page says it was payed 3 days ago and I have 27 days left on the subscription. It's been about 6 hours since I first discovered the issue, still not working. I've tried to clear the cache and data for the app, uninstall and reinstall, use different characters, but nothing works. I get the same Upgrade Now screen each time. This is the Android version of the app, running on an HTC Inspire 4g. OS version is Android 2.3.3 I've tried googling and searching the forums but I can't find anything to help, so any help here would be appreciated, thanks! |

Same here. I woke up this morning to find that the app is acting as if I am not subscribed.
Checked the battle.net account and it shows that I have 26-27 days left and that I am currently subscribed Something appears broken in the link between the account status and the app. |

Just as an update for you all, I'm not sure if it's working for anyone else but it just recently started working for me again. Found this link here on Twitter: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/3709661922
Looks like there was an issue with renewing subscriptions and accessing those accounts over the last few days. I don't know if it relates to WoW Remote subscriptions, but it makes sense to me if that's the case. |

I can access the guild chat options on all my characters that are on Cenarius & are in the sundering. I cannot access guild chat on my shaman genevri in the guild storms fury (again she's on Cenarius). I can access the auction house on all of them .
When I try & log in genevri I get. Unable to establish connection to server. Genevri is new to this guild. ( been there 2 weeks). But the correct guild shows up for her. Again... All characters are all on the same server And I was able to access the sundering guild chat on genevri until I quit. |

I still have problems. I can access guild chat and retrieve gold and re-list auctions, but I cannot browse items in AH. When I search for all items level 1-85, it returns a message "No results found."

Are you certain you don't have any Categories or Minimum Rarity set for your search that would interfere with results? I've tested this across multiple realms without any issues. |

My remote access works just fine everywhere except when I attempt to access guild chat on my guild master character.
I can access guild chat on characters from other realms, just not this one. Bumming me out. |

I still cannot log into guild chat on The Scryers. Its been over a week. It works on other servers though.

HELP!!! My app on my phone is not registering that I already paid for the subscription service and I am not paying again. I put in a ticket with support and no response within 24 hours. Now I am looking for compensation for not being able to use this !!!!!. This is ridiculous !!!!

I recently subscribed to the mobile service but my device still says that I need to upgrade. I am running Iphone 3GS, on OS 4.0. The armory portion of the app works great, however the 'premium' services are still all locked, requiring a subscription.
It normally does not take long to sync with the server for any changes, so I am wondering if this takes a bit longer. Thanks |

Most times it should be instant, I'd suggest contacting customer service.
