If you're going for an RP type name, think of your race first. Undead used to be Human, so start with that. You could also go for a Gutterspoken name, as that's what they call their language. Last think of other formerly human Undead, such as Kel'Thuzad. He used to have a much more normal name, I don't remember what it was. So you could really go with anything. It could even be an assumed Identity.

Look into your wretched corrupt heart, young Warlock prospect.

A name will come.
