Hello all! Burn phase has recently re-opened recruitment for the first time in many months to replace a few holes due to certain MMOs coming out. We are a very close-knit guild, and this is the first time we've had any openings since May

About Us:

We are a late night guild. Our raid times are Midnight-3AM EST (9PM-Midnight PST) Tuesday, Thursday and Monday (if needed). We are friendly to any skilled players who have mains in progression guilds who are looking for a 2nd raid to run weekly on an alt or such.

Burn Phase ended Firelands 6/7 HM (3/7 HM Pre-Nerf) and was the top ranked horde-side 10-man on Greymane.

Burn Phase is a 10-man guild of progression-minded players who have high-end experience on past and current content, including Light of Dawn kills and Server Firsts. Our raiders range in experience on current content up through 8/8 current hard mode progression.

Many of the more experienced players are players who have mains in other guilds off-server and are raiding in Burn Phase with alts during downtime creating a less stressful atmosphere while still being productive in WoW.

Current progression is 8/8 Heroic Modes (3/8 Pre-nerf) - Morchok, Yor'sahj, Ultraxion, Zon'ozz, Hagara, Warmaster Blackhorn, Spine of Deathwing, Madness of Deathwing

What are we looking for:

We are in need of 2 or 3 reliable players who can fulfill any of the spec/roles listed below

This is a list of our current recruitment status. Any and all strong applicants of any class will be considered, however we have an exceptional need for:

Tank:
Feral Druid - HIGH
Prot Paladin - HIGH
Prot Warrior - HIGH

DPS:
Warlock - HIGH
Balance Druid - HIGH
Frost/UH DK - Medium/High

Healers:
Resto Druid - Medium
Resto Shaman - Medium

What else you need to know:

All recruits must have Ventrilo and have a baseline knowledge of all encounters beforehand. While clarifications on certain encounters are welcome, we frown upon players who do not have the decency to look up basic fight and class mechanics forcing us to explain an entire encounter.

Loot is done via loot council of 3 officers. There is no restriction on trial players to receive loot - loot is awarded based on performance and ability to help the raid in future encounters.

We do not recruit for the bench. All trials can expect immediate inclusion in farm and progression fights. Spots for specific fights are awarded based on raid need and performance merit. In short, if you are confident in your ability and this translates into a raid environment you should not expect to see the bench.
