Are you a working professional with limited time to raid? Looking for a dedicated 25 man raiding guild, with a mature and stable atmosphere? Inept maybe the guild for you!
Inept is a fairly new 25 man raiding guild that is located on the Turalyon server. The majority of our members are from successful raiding guilds such as Aeon. We are focused on raid progression and RBG's. The members of Inept range from students to full-time working adults. What pulls us together is our desire to succeed and passion on taking new challenges. We raid Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8PM to 11PM EST, the limited raid schedule maximizes our overall efficiency and effectiveness in all our raids and on occasion a optional raid will be offered during the weekend. Scheduled RBG's are Wednesday's from 8 to 11PM EST and other PvP activities are scheduled throughout the week. We have several Marshal's in guild. What we look for Inept seeks long-term mature members to fill our roster. We want members that will be part of our raiding core, that are dedicated to succeed and progress. Once you join our raiding team, you will be given a chance to make yourself stand out and earn your raid spot. While raiding with us, we will do whatever is necessary to make the encounter we're learning as easy as possible. If you have a difficult time grasping into the content, you may be asked to sit. Please keep in mind that we are trying to be as fair as possible and will rotate members in and out of raids based on the needs for the encounter. Current recruitment needs: 1 healer (holy priest OR resto Druid )(If your class is not listed, we always consider exceptional players. ) Schedule and Attendance Our raiding schedule is as follows: Tuesday and Thursday 8PM to 11PM ESTAttendance: We would like members to maintain at least 90 percent attendance, however we do understand that life happens. If you miss a raid please inform an officer and post on the attendance forum. Keep in mind missing multiple raids may affect your raid spot. Loot: <Inept> awards all loot via DKP system. DKP is tracked by attendance. Any members or recruits on standby will receive full credit for attendance. Any questions? Please feel free to ask. It's basically Aeon retagged. Its sad to hear you say such uninformed things about a good guild - Aeon still has a few good members who have stuck behind and unlike others who wish to run and join a FoTm guild so they can get easy loots, try to actually improve Aeon. The amusing thing is that these people went and followed a man who has repeatedly transferred off server or faction in order to get such things as legendaries or epic loots - and yet each time is either benched or things dont go his way so he comes back - He also likes to quit every month or so as well - but dont take my word for it. Eventually people will see. Another fun fact about salimshad is he is currently trying to get anyone and everyone he can - including people who he had repeatedly said in the past he absolutely hates and believes are awful players :3 - In regards to the original quote - about <Inept> being <Aeon> under a different name - this is pretty much true - Inept was actually <Aeons> secondary guild bank untill salimshad decided to start his guild up as a "proper" raiding guild |

But on the other perspective:

Not even the GM Salimshad was given GM for quite awhile, and replinished Aeon multiple times on his own. No other officer, or the prior GM would help do this. So I find that comment amusing, personally. When the GM and officers of a guild for over a year would simply hand over ownership because they didn't want to recruit? You don't know who I am. But I was there in the vent when the 'then' GM and officers were just moments away from folding the entire guild, passing out the entire guild bank. I was there in that ventrillo when Salimshad spoke up and took ownership, and said no one should leave because he will replenish Aeon as best as he could, even alone. And he did. Though a few old Aeon members left, no hard feelings were shared from Salimshad, because of the immaturity and hasty actions that was shown from old Officers that made them give up and leave. the amusing thing is that these people went and followed a man who has repeatedly transferred off server or faction in order to get such things as legendaries or epic loots - and yet each time is either benched or things dont go his way so he comes back The first time Salimshad left was several years ago, when even himself was new(Ish) to Aeon. He was given opportunity's with top 100 guilds. Something to be proud of, and which most people will never have the parser to flaunt. The second time he left was not too long ago, realizing that only himself was the only one who cared to take care of the guild. The biggest contributer. The only one that cared to recruit. The only one that had the incentive to raid lead, even on a !@#$ty day. In fact, so sad this is, he had to raid lead even when he sat himself for admittedly having a bad day and was standing in stuff on the ground! Why? Because no one 'did their homework' or had the ability's to raid lead effectively! You know. Even the "Pros" who raided hard core with Aeon in Sunwell. And even if it's as detrimental as you try to make it sound... Why would Aeon keep letting him back in the guild? Right, right.. It's because he's actually good. I know. It's hard to admit things. But you clearly see yourself the ones who did not get back with Salimshad. Skill wise, I don't really care personally. Who am I to judge? But the ones who gave Aeon the "%^- hatery" reputation it has had for years are the ones not with Inept, plus any new ones that occurred during the replenishment of the roster those few times such as Mysiandro. You know. That guy in trade chat trying to join the band wagon of trolls, thinking an absurd or witty comment will give him some "LOLZ" for personal internet points. There are only two people in Aeon I have any respect for at this point. I am on no ones side. But at least we can see a more broad perspective, than your biased one. To add, there might be a difference as to why currently, Aeon is lacking players now, why the good ones decided to join Inept, and why Aeon is 2 bosses behind Inept. (Even though Inept raids for only 6 hours a week) Aeon couldn't get passed the third boss on the first week. Inept cleared up to 7/8 in on the first week. Not sure about you, but. I guess we can all speculate why that's so. |

Sierra - I love you - That is all. Troll - You are bad - I feel sorry for you Hacks- I would like to know who you are. Aeon/Troll Let's answer some of those questions/concerns.......... It's pretty clear who I am; Who are you? Inept! As stated by Nalu :) Inept is a new raiding guild on the Turalyon server. A little bit about us includes: We formed the guild 2 weeks ago. The majority of members in Inept are 21+ We have two distinct ranks- 1 for PVP'ers and 1 for PVE'ers. (A few of us overlap) The majority of us PVP and do so regularly. (S9/S10 includes several Marshal's) ((Voluntary participation for any member)) We also PVE. PVE is conducted 6 hours a week. We raid Tue and Thur 8-11 only. ( 6 Hours) We raid the least of any guild on the server but try to remain competitive with our schedule. Drama is not tolerated. We like cookies and bacon If you like any of what you have seen above. /who our guild and ask for an officer! It's just a game folks. Treat it as such! KK TY! |

That guy in trade chat trying to join the band wagon of trolls, thinking an absurd or witty comment will give him some "LOLZ" for personal internet points. - Ok - 1st of all my personal feeling on <Inept> have been stated in the past ingame so I see no need to engage in any puerile banter with you via insults towards either guilds members - I wish <Inept> and all its members luck in anything they choose to do, all the best to the future etc etc , I will however just offer a small rebuttal on your comment directed at me . I have never nor do I ever "wish to join the bandwagon of trolls". All "absurd or witty comments" I make in trade chat are not designed to give me some "LOLZ" or "personal internet points". I say these things just to have a laugh - or to make others laugh . Thats all. As to your identity "Hacks" Im not sure who you are however the way you phrase things leads me to believe you're "Bodywrecker". And if you indeed are "Bodywrecker" then I'll leave the so called "trolling" up to you. You're much more experienced with such things as your past history that Im personally aware of reveals.
