Example: GY camping after the battle is over is poor sportsmanship. It is about as cool as rolling handgrenades into grade schools - meaning .. it AIN'T cool.

I have to concur with GR. Spitting is not cool. I like to be polite to fellow competitors.

The Flag of Ownership from a fellow competitor makes me smile. It's a sign of someone having a good time and trying to get into our heads. GR does a great job and makes TB fun like that.

I also find it quite easy to ignore the occasional /spit or /rude. All that tells me is that I've gotten under someone else's skin without even trying.

I do think it matters how we treat each other as fellow competitors in this online game.

I know I live in a glass house on this subject but hope I have matured passed getting irritated at people in an online computer game after ingesting too much adult beverages.

What bothers me the most I think is Blizzard. I remember reading the instructions to this game when I first got it. It said it is rude to /spit on someone. Yet they put it in the game and told us about the slash command and warned us that we should not to use it.

Seriously! That's the kinda no-skill d-bag who would play an OP class and gear up super-fast every season to hide behind their total lack of ability! The same sort of loser who'd camp poor pve'ers far past acceptable limits, has an under 1600 rating, and spent the entire WG battle every time on top of the wall like a coward!!!

I denonuce and reject all such players for being the total baddies they are! ;-)

I dunno if they sell the packs that give Flag of Ownership anymore, I got mine looong ago but decided I wanted one for my mage too, couldn't find the pack.

You're one of the very few who I think have had it longer than me :-) I think the packs are still around somewhere, but I buy mine directly on eBay :-P

one can go to wootloots.com, skip ebay/amazon, get the ingame code and start enjoying planting that flag in the face of Gutterott. as member's of Counterpoint have been doing, as of late. ;)
