Lords of Alexstrasza, one of the oldest guilds on the server, known for having a long raiding history behind it, is looking to fill a couple key spots on its raiding roster for Heroic Encounters. 

We are curentlly 7/8HM in Dragon Soul. We raid from 7.30-10-30 server, with invites going out at 7; from Monday to Thursday and the ocasional Saturday alt raid.

Our current needs are:
DPS: high - any

Any exceptional players are welcome to app though.We are not as interested if you are in complete heroic firelands/DS gear as we are about your personal ability, if you can dodge fire and click cubes, we welcome you to apply.

We are currently looking for more casual and those looking to break into raiding:

During your recruitment period you will run with our secondary group that runs concurrently with our progression group; note, you will not be stuck in the secondary group. You will be swapped in and out of the progression group so that we can evaluate your performance and help you acquire gear. Invites to our progression fights are based on comp needs and player performance only. Only the heroic progression raid leader attends every boss kill, all other players, current and future should expect to be rotated out and back in as the comp requires. Our secondary group is not a B team, it is an opportunity for people that would otherwise be sitting out(to accommodate comp needs) to participate in raiding while the progression team is working on the current boss.

We may at some point decide that the secondary group will be able to do hard mode, this will be determined in the future.

Lost one to availability, another to burn out, one to doesnt feel like progression raiding atm, one to our email app system, one to I havnt seen him since before x-mas and one to being a DK.
