And still the best Brotherhood around!

http://dawnbrotherhood.enjin.com/

The road has been long. Northrend was the beginning, when the Broherhood of the Dawn's father chapter, the Brotherhood of the Light were the first on the beaches of Northrend -- before Horde or Alliance. They marched through the tundra and the icy reaches to tear down the last of the misguided Scarlet heretics, into the corrupted realm of the frost trolls and into the mountain prison of Yogg-Saron, and lastly into the dreaded citadel of Icecrown itself to join the heroic charge that smote Arthas the Lich King. Many have been the obstacles to victory, yet through it all they have triumphed and ever do the accolades of the Brotherhood grow. Wherever their banner had been planted victory followed while the banners of the fallen decorated their fortress home in Hearthglen; trophies of war.

The gullet of Blackwing has been purged and its reanimated master once again put down. The great Bastion of the Twilight cult has been left a smoldering ruin. The Throne of Ragnaros has sundered indefinitely. The Destroyer's remains were scattered to the seas, the last recovered bits of him strung up for view in Stormwind and Orgrimmar. The world's inhabitants once again formed a brittle pact to see to it that their home was not destroyed. What remained after the smoke cleared, however, was a monumental task: The healing of the world. The Brotherhood stood ever ready. The pact between the Alliance and the Horde did not last, however, as conflict arose once more, building up to more atrocious acts on either side to both defend their homes and vanquish their foes.

It was not just warriors who win battles for the mighty Brotherhood; indeed it was the Order as a whole. Brilliant researchers and artificers who unravelled the mysteries of the past and developed new methods and equipment to further the goals of the Order. Medical geniuses who lead the way in scientific and magical healing as well as countered plagues of the Scourge and the new threat of the Forsaken. Scouts, spies, saboteurs, and assassins who kept the Order safe from the shadows with one hand and visited death upon their enemies with the other. The skills of those within the Order are as varied as those who are welcome within it.

War is on the horizon. The air is thick with fear and anticipation. The Brotherhood of the Dawn once stood between, watching with mounting tension as conflict slowly crept too close to home. After lengthly deliberation, the choice was made. The Order dissolved its ties to the Argent Crusade and placed it standard among those that stood with the Alliance. There are no delusions of conquest and glory by blood; their goal is clear: to end the war and usher balance into the world.

What of you, then? Will you stand by and wait for your time to come to an end? Or will you rise up and strike down the enemies of the Alliance? Turn your eyes from foolish thoughts of peace and negotiation. War ends when one side loses. Will you stand with us? Will you give everything to those that will stand beside you? Do you have what it takes to fight to the last man? To plunge your bloodied weapon into the very hearts of Azeroth's enemies? If so, then seek us out, for we will be expecting you.

-OOC-

Brotherhood of the Dawn is a Medium to Heavy Roleplaying guild seeking new members for our ranks. Currently no race or class is denied by that merit alone; in fact diversity is a necessity in any successful force. If you enjoy hunting down RP, story-driven Guild RP and getting involved in your Guildmates' story lines, then the Brotherhood might just be for you. As long as you can serve the cause without being a blight from within we have a home for you, from the Knight of the Light to the fel-slinging Warlock, the nature worshiping Druid to the cut-throat Rogue. If you stand with us and for us, you can be a part of something great. It is not just warriors either, political officers, craftsmen, medical officers, researchers, trainers, and otherwise are all wanted and needed.

Brotherhood prizes quality of RP and quality of people over all things. It's why we've made it as far as we have today and had the dedication to make it to level 25. If you enjoy quality and story-driven RP and wonderful/diverse OOC interaction in a friendly and open mature environment then this may be the home for you and your character.

We actively participate in community events across the server as well as host our own RP events for guild members to advance their stories and start new ones. We have been involved as a defensive force in many of the server hosted RP-PVP events. With the recent change to an Alliance alignment, we hope to take a more frequent role. With Cataclysm wrapped up and Mists of Pandaria on our doorstep, there will be many new threats and much more RP to be had, when it happens we will be very busy indeed! Group leveling, dungeons, PVP, RP, Raiding, and more are supported!

We're in the process of gauging interest for at least 10-man raiding group which are always looking for talent. Currently our needs are healers of any class and the odd ranged DPS. Healers are always a shortage but if you are dedicated and love the healing role we will help you with gearing and even training if needed. We are always looking for other roles as well so don't be afraid to talk about raid spots even if your position isn't listed as needed. You never know, we may just be one short for a night and you could buy yourself a permanent spot on the team or even form a second team!

Raid times so far are up for negotiation until the new expansion hits. The tentative days are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8pm to 11pm server.

Roleplay recruits are especially welcome of course as this is primarily an RP guild. We don't RP during raids but we do RP the IC outcome of being involved in current raid content. i.e. we've Icly participated in BWD, BoT, Tot4W, BH and Firelands. We of course don't take full credit but we definitely join the ranks of many heroes that collaborate to conquer these places.

Raiding style is a casual attitude with the business faces coming on during bosses. Just like all things we like to have a good time above all but with PVE, PVP, Raiding or even RP when the chips are down it's time to succeed. Winning is fun, after all, isn't it?

To join please visit the website at http://dawnbrotherhood.enjin.com/ first. Register to the site and inform a guild member that you are seeking to join and we will have an officer (Liucen, Jerolan, Kadrick, Moltrasio, Verst and Ziezal) review your application. Once approved, one of them will work with you to schedule an IC interview and you'll be invited in soon enough!

So, what is the Brotherhood's opinion on the current state of Hilsbarad, and Sylvanas's Forsaken in general?

Outwardly, they maintain a tenuous pact of neutrality, the Forsaken -are- Horde after all. However, behind closed doors it's a different story. Sylvanas is under their scrutiny, her similarities to the Lich King are too close for their comfort...and so, they clandestinely seek to drive a wedge in her operations.

Also, they wish to drive a wedge into her head.

And there's some voices even inside the Brotherhood that good ole' Sylvie and anyone who allies with her should be considered and treated like an enemy to all life, Horde or no Horde. When she comes with new plagues, where will you stand? With those that want to keep on living, or with those that stick to outdated factional politics?

A world to heal?

Man, that's a lot of shiny hands and wiggly fingers.

And mana. Lots and lots of mana.
