I saw Bootee say something to that effect in trade a while back when they went to SBS and back.
It seems like pretty much all hard core raiding guilds eventually break up or xfer. I think people just get burned out on progression raiding. |

I think it is more like not progressing on progression raiding that burns people out. It is still generally the same 3 night a week schedule for most people anyway. I also think it might have something to do with having to listen to Justin and Bootee on vent during raids. They were with us for one raid and I had to mute them to get ppl to not rage log because all they do is yell.

maybe its the players that are in these hardcore raiding guilds that makes them break up. the whole I'm the best player on server thing really does not do alot for team chemistry, maybe instead people should focus on being the best team on server. Just my opinion.

having the best players on the server makes it easier to have the best team on the server....i don't see SBS breaking up anytime soon...our roster is getting infinitely stronger next week when beebo gets back so yup.

Hopefully you guys can keep it together. I can't think of a single raiding guild on this server that has been able to stick together more than a few months. |

Yeah, you guys are right, not having any progression in a progression guild really takes its toll.
In eso's case the non-progression was due to the change in the healer line-up. At which, they ended up switching out a good dps to fill in a healer role, in order to have a stronger healer make-up. However, this caused them to lack dps, which lead to their downfall.. It would have been okay it most situations... Just get another "good" dps and voilà! A good healer make-up and good dps = dead bosses. But had it not been for the Zangarmarsh server being so bad, that they couldn't find a possible replacement.. Well.. This inevitably lead them to transfer. (Since most people lol at the possible solution of off-server recruitment on Zangar... that just doesn't happen.) I'm not trying to bash on Zangar though, there's some good players here... They're just already taken.. Except for the Relax guy *cough* |

ya what treeroy said, wouldnt let me post the other day at work so never got post it. Lack of replacments was all. Besides Sargeaes does 3 25 GDKP runs every friday. expecting to leave with like 330k each which was the split each player last week. Just have to sc%@#% together the 40k entrance requirment.

So, just thought i'd check back in to see whats up, lets just say im not suprised with eso gone that sbs STILL isnt server first. Keep talking your !@#$, you guys are so totally badass, hopefully beebs can carry you guys on his back, like he did in angerlol. I'd log on, but my stalkers lollious and nightrelax are just too much to listen to, but you guys have fun being the "Best playerzz lololol" and a pile of %^-* server.
Final note, i stilll just cant beleive you havent left the server to get carried again nightreign, i mean cmon you can only wipe with farm animals for so long.
