Ominous Latin Phrase is currently recruiting to fill our raiding spots for Dragon Soul & into MOP. As with every other guild we have lost some core members due to boredom, Star Wars, school, etc. As a result we have been left with some available spots for new raiders such as you!
We were founded at the end of BC days and many of us have played since Vanilla. We are a close knit group of friends who are loyal to each other and have played for a long time. we bring this experience into our raids and our friendships in a very drama-free environment. No screaming raid leaders in this guild..lol. We are looking for people who share our same sense of loyalty and pride. We like to push progression, but we dont kill ourselves doing it. We like to have fun, but we also know when its time to be serious and buckle down. As always our goal has been to consistently raid, enjoy content, and clear current progression on normal modes and try heroic modes if able. We have enjoyed success with this guild model in the past and want to continue into the future. We are a 10man raiding guild and are looking for 2-3 more like minded people to help fill out the ranks and ensure that we never have to cancel a raid again. We currently raid Tues, Thurs, & Sundays from 9pm-Midnight EST. We use the EPGP loot system and we use Mumble as our voice communication. We are currently 7/8 in Dragon Soul. Our past successes have included 2/7 heroic firelands, & clearing all of T11 cata content. We currently will look at any candidates but are in need of at least one healer OR tank. Ideally we would like you to have some current raid experience, have 378-365 pve gear, be over 18, and be able to raid consistently. We prefer that OLP be your only guild (ie. we arent too fond of alts from other raiding guilds just looking to use us to gear up) What we offer in return is a social, friendly, consistent, drama-free raid environment that you can be a part of now and in the future. We are willing to work with you if you havent had much raid experience, but expect you to be able to learn from your mistakes. Consistency we hold in the highest regard.
