In the past, we here on the forum have assisted with Trial/Starter Account removals but going forward we're requesting that you use our website contact when making these requests.

Merely select the 'I have an issue with my Account...' and the 'I want to change something...' options and then add in the details regarding which trial accounts you want to remove in the description. For example, "Please remove the WoW2 trial from my account."

Our Accounts team will help you as soon as possible. When a trial is removed, you will need to clear the "Remember Account Name" setting before you see the change. Otherwise your game files will keep remembering the old trial. Once you've logged in once while that setting is clear, your game files will have updated and you can mark that option again.
