IRS 25man 6/8H DS LF Healers and Range

IRS is a 25man guild that formed 4 years ago. We have a competitive atmosphere, and are looking to add more to our ranks. We balance fun and progression and do it pretty well. We try to balance having players who care about being the best they can be, but also enjoy having fun and progressing, without spending every night raiding. Raiders are offered guild repairs, feasts, flasks, gems, enchants. We raid 3 nights per week. Monday, Tuesday, and Wed from 8 to 11 Central time. Weekends are for fun, or alt runs. Class needs: Tanks - Closed DPS Death Knight (Frost/UH) - Closed Druid (Balance, Feral) - Open Hunter - Closed Mage (Fire) - Open Paladin - Closed Priest (Shadow) - Open Rogue - Closed Shaman - Closed Warlock - Open Warrior - Closed Healers Priest (Holy/Disc) - Open Exceptional Players Even if we are not recruiting your class, we are always looking for talented players Casual players are welcome to join. Dragon Soul Progression: 8/8 reg 6/8H 25man Heroic Morchok Heroic Hagara Heroic Yor'sahj Heroic Ultraxion Heroic Warlord Zon'ozz Heroic Warmaster Blackhorn Firelands Progression: 7/7 reg 6/7 heroic Glory of the Firelands Raider - 11/16/11 T11 Progression: 12/12 regular 7/13 heroic with 10/13H exp What we expect is the following: 1. No egos. It doesn't matter how good YOU are, we are a team and must work well as a team to succeed. 2. Dedication. Know your class, know your roles. 3. Preparation. Just curious you all in need of a rogue?397 Ilvl with 8/8 Exp regular Ds & if so i would like to continue my legendary quests seein that i'm not too far away from getting my 2nd set of daggers 243/333 so far would be farther but havent raided much lately due to guild falling apart because both gm & co gm quit to go play star wars.I wouldn't mind waiting but sooner the better would be nice

We currently have 2 rogues, one is probably about 1/3 away from his legendaries, and the second one is about halfway through to his 2nd set of daggers. Our main need as of right now is range dps.

Hey I am currently in the process of xfering to cho'gall and looking for a good raiding guild. I have 385 druid that I have gear for all spec give or take trinkets, 379 H pally and 383 frost dk that I am bring with me. All experience I have in DS is from LFR (Due to the fact i'm coming from a BS server) but I can make the raid times.
