Crashes every 30s or so while updating after the reorganization.
About 20-40 more crashes before update is done, at this rate. It's on yellow, but unable to play. It's gonna be a long, boring night. Windows 7, 64 bit |

My reconfiguring bar thing is not even moving. It moves a little bit and then stops. Restarted client a million times and still didn't work.

imo.... destroy this optimization tech.... just completely get rid of it...... whats a gig here or there anyways?
OR!! make it an optional thing.. maybe have on the launcher 'new optimization/squish available' next to the play button... because I dont know about you, but when your hardrive has ... multiple terrabytes of storage... a couple gigs saved here or there is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE ... x_x and I realize it can be nice for people with older computers(love it on my laptop) but.... yeah... on my new computer that is just about empty of anything.... this Squish isnt worth the time. |

make it an optional thing.. maybe have on the launcher 'new optimization/squish available' next to the play button... Exactly. Make it optional, I don't even care about spending my whole hard drive if needed anyways..Or just make the optimization tech work properly. |

I've tried just about everything I could think of with the addition of all the "helpful suggestions" from the forums. Still. Gets to a certain point during optimization and stops.
I don't pay Blizz ~$15/month to NOT play this game. It's not a donation, it's a fee. So, get your asses in gear and find a legitimate solution to this problem. If you're fine with losing thousands of players, then so be it. |

I for one thank Blizzard for the Optimization as it made the WoW Folder size smaller than what it was. My WoW Folder sits nicely at 27.1GB.

White popup error: Blizzard Updater has stopped working; windows is looking for a solution...then quickly changed to Blizzard Updater has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
The WoW screen is at approx 10% of the Optimizer screen. Repair does not affect this. Backgrounddownloader.exe has Finished 14.9gig (took approx 12 hours). That backdoor is closed to me. I am not waiting on a raid, or anything like that; I'm just an impatient woman that sprained her ankle and uses WoW as a pain relief--skinning wonderful way to not beat on a husband that gets upset at lack of housework completed despite doctor's orders to remain OFF foot. Is there anything else I could try? Including the logs from my C:Program Files/WoW Logs folder: Dee, the SAHM. |
