Today's patch breaks keybinds to numpad =. The normal = key and numpad = are now treated as the same key.

I've had the numpad = as my mount up macro on all my toons for ages. Unfortunately normal = is bloodlust on my shaman so I keep triggering that by accident.

Likewise. I have = bound to MULTIACTIONBAR1BUTTON12 and NUMPADEQUALS bound to ACTIONBUTTON12.
However, with addons turned off, pressing NUMPADEQUALS generates a simple =. Even on the Keybinding screen. All of my other NUMPAD buttons (NUMPAD1, NUMPADDECIMAL, NUMPADMULTIPLY) appear to work and can be rebound just fine. Key binding file: BINDINGMODE 0PS: To my fellow players: Alas, this will require a client update. Be prepared for a wait to 4.3.3/4.4 and adjust current bindings for now. |

The new patch fixed the F15-F19 keybinding issue at Mac keyboard; however, it also brings in new problem of "Num pad =" and "=" keys becoming the same. I have been binding "Num pad =" key for moving camera angle and "=" key for using class specific CD. My brain is getting used to move camera position by "Num pad =" key. When I hit it now, the CD would be blown instead. Just don't know how I can pvp or raid properly now.

I found a workaround for the F15 keybinding but not the problem with "help", or numpadequals.
In System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts, hit the "+" key below the left edge of the list on the right. From the first Application pop up menu choose World of Warcraft (might have to choose Other and navigate to it). Put anything in "Menu Title:" block (I used Any). Then click in the "Keyboard Shortcut:" block and hit the F15 key. This got F15 passed to the game. It doesn't work for help or numpadequals even though those were still in my keybindings list and retyping them on one character only switched "=" in and never could reconnect "help" key. The help key changes the cursor to a question mark in many applications. I'm using an Adesso ergonomic keyboard but the system has never had trouble with it after recognition training (z by left shift, / by right shift). |

Does toggling "Diable OS Keyboard Shortcuts" help at all ?

That does not help. I went through all the keyboard shortcuts, turned off some that I didn't need (Convert Selected Simplified Ch... and a bunch of others, mostly under Services) that didn't have shortcuts listed. No joy there either. |

Got back word from our team, yes this seems to be broken. We're aware of this now, and will be working on resolving this. This will require a client side update, and not a hotfix. Stranger:
Hunter character key bindings for F15, and NumPadEquals work again, but not the help key. And more odd: I can't turn off prowl on my cat copy of Humar I just got. Button is there, I can take it off auto, even remove it from hot bar. Clicking on it will not cancel prowl. Error: Ability is not ready yet. |

I double-checked on Beta and F14-F19, = and NUMPADEQUALS are all working for me. Yay!
I'll double-check through the beta just in case. |
