Don't waste your time with IoC. That's probably the worst BG to farm HKs in because there's little to no pvp in most matches. Just trying to save you some time. If you're running a Premade, you can control the strat so it's a turtle or HK farm. IE stacking in the boss room, or rushing WS for a mid fight. IoC is a viable option for HK farming. |

You need to get a ton of people in the same one. Then you just turtle your base and don't let them cap the flag and you can grind out 300+ hk's. I was lucky to be in one recently. |

i might be interested. im around the same HK level u are and im slightly less geared. ill add you later on when im not so tired. cheers. that and im a healer....so if you wanna run around with a pocket healer i think we could take out some big hks. and i can farm 4-5hours in a single sitting.

I just cleared 200k on my mage that I rolled in mid to late vanilla wow.
My priest is almost 100k though. 250k seems a long way off for me on the mage. |

Already been there, done that but I'll add since I'm still grinding for the next achieve... if there is one.

Whisper me on Schleichend@Cenarius if you're still interested in farming HKs. I need to farm a ret set for my paladin (Fully geared in his holy set) so I'd be interested in doing a lot of games with you. Schleichend will be 85 and grinding out gear soon too.

Actually if you let them cap your flag and take a vehicle you can farm your own gy..they have to rez there and get them before they can buff up. |

First day of queueing went well, about 2k hks after a few hours!
The bg of choice at the moment seems to be strand which is netting about 200 kills per 20 min/each bg. AV is still a work in progress, will probably have to plan a set time for that, so as of now I am mostly running strand groups. Strand's a great option because the level as to which the team is efficiently utilized is the lowest compared to the other 10/15 man BGs. Usually a lot will sit on the starting point/boat when the games already started, or will be in turrets, or fight the opposing team instead of bothering with vehicles and trying to win and the grayeyard is super close to the boats.
A coordinated 15 man premade in Strand is a scary thing. |
