When I try logging in, I am stuck at this screen. It fails and takes me to the realm selection screen. I play on three different realms and when I choose either one of them, I wait roughly 30 seconds and it fails. I try to connect, wait 30 seconds, it fails. I try to connect, wait 30 seconds, it fails.
This is an infinite loop. Am I blocked? |

This has just happened to me tonight aswell, exact same problem, your not blocked, stalls at success then goes to realm list, and cant connect to any realms, it all started for me after a 12.5 meg updating tools patch at the wow launcher :(

Already tried that. Didn't work. I've asked this once before several days ago but Blizzard had nothing to say, while they were commenting/helping other threads that were made after mine. I sure could use some help.... |

It sounds like you're having an issue talking to the logon server. What steps have you already tried? Lets try powercycling your system. Turn off your computer, then unplug the modem and router(if applicable). Wait a few minutes, then plug them back one by one waiting for each device to light up before proceeding to the next. Then restart your computer and see if the issue continues. If you're using a firewall or security software, it may be blocking the game. Try resetting any exceptions you have for WoW.exe and Launcher.exe. We can also try temporarily disabling the security and try the game. Jurannok, I am behind a firewall and other security software. Indeed it could very well be blocking the game. I suspect this could be the case, but I cannot be 100% positive. I was able to connect prior to the maintenance about two or three weeks ago, but cannot do so now. Perhaps the admin quietly put out a block. As for the instructions you gave, after I click on that URL, I am directed to choose the OS I am using. I click this URL: http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/200546 but the screen reads, Not found. The file you were looking for could not be found. Back to Battle.net Support I have tried using the ping command and tracert command and on the first hop, it fails for both tests. I get nothing but time out results. Oh, and I almost forgot, I did add firewall exceptions on the laptop I am trying to play on and I still experience the same thing with being stuck at success. |

Yeah, I'm not so sure the admin wants to turn off the router. But, even if I were able to shut it off, chances are a filter has been put in place. I've tried using the info to help open up ports to no avail.

Im having this problem since lates patch on the 29/02/12
since i did the little update i havent been able to get in it logs in and stays on succes for a few secons then gose to realm list and repeats over and over. Action taken. cmd. renew ip flush dns restarted computer deleted the WTF folder turn of all fire walls <Home Network> Reset Router An still im getting stack on the succes and then to realm list. |

I cant access as well, what did Blizzard put into this patch?? i have no firewall/etc protectiont o block my client, as well my internet connection is just FINE, hope to get a quick answer ...
